IMO Kilinaskullys just Pat Short doing the same old jokes and gags he been doing for years, It was funny for a while but got old very quickly. Father Ted is classic comedy proberly because there was only 3 series it never got old.Quote:

One of the major problems I have with Father Ted is that the show uses the gimmick of audience laughter added to the scenes. I don't need someone's else's laughter to tell me what I think is funny or not. Pat Shortt's scenes in Father Ted are great however!
What shows I like are a matter of preference and as someone who supports Athlone Town I have had to develop a special kind of humour to enable me watch them - especially over the last few seasons.:D ;)

Upwardly Mobile - Only hated by Dubs, because it was poking fun at them ? (No, that would be because it was unfunny crud.)
Fawlty Towers - Timeless classic. The best sitcom ever made. Absolutely not dated in any way.
