I think you're barking up the wrong tree with this one.
Leaving aside United's rich history with Irish players (North and South), to state that Coleman would be playing for them if he was an England international is just silly. For example, they were linked for some time with Leighton Baines and didn't move for him. This was despite the fact that the left back position had become a cause for concern for a season or two before Patrice Evra was sold to Juventus. Even though the club has spent enormous sums in recent times, I'd suggest that cost and overall value for money were major deterrents in both cases.
I know they paid a similarly high figure for Luke Shaw, but I suppose the logic there is that if he fulfils his potential then he'll occupy the left back berth for 10 years or more. Fellaini's a midfielder and was a panic buy at that, so the comparison isn't really relevant.
Linked with a move to PSG according to TalkSport: Quote from SSN Transfer Centre.

COLEMAN BID MADE?
Everton have rejected a £20m bid from Paris Saint-Germain for defender Seamus Coleman, according to talkSPORT.
Surely that's the last thing Roberto Martinez needs! We're just doing some digging to see if our sources can back it up.
No idea how credible that is, but would it be a good move? Obviously a great team and Champions League football, but the league is at a much lower level than he'd get in England.
Hope he stays in the PL were we can get to see him regularly.
A lot of PSG matches are on Irish TV, probably more than Everton. No idea about UK TV.
Not many show in the UK if any, unless they are playing a UK team.
According to 'The Star', Bayern Munich are preparing an £18 million bid for Coleman: http://www.balls.ie/football/another...coleman/306818
A report from the star, with no quotes from player or either club involved, and regurgitated by balls.ie. I don't know about you, but I'm sold
It's on the BBC's gossip roundup, which links back to the same daily star article
Just did some research in case he does go to Germany. There are so many different kinds of Schnitzel. He will enjoy so many. Poor vegans like Charlie Darwin are going to be disgusted.

Limped off holding his hamstring. Didn't look too serious, hopefully just a twinge.
Great win for Everton.
Off injured with a hamstring though.

Irish concerns for Seamus Coleman as full-back forced off during Chelsea victory
Was it an ankle that kept him out of Gibraltar game or was it hamstring?
'Twas a tight hamstring kept him out: http://www.irishexaminer.com/breakin...nd-694696.html
that hamstring is getting worrying.
hamstring in the late 20s is always am issue hard to shake off. hope he doesn't suffer that problem.
Martinez positive about the outlook (then again, when isn't he?!)

Back in full training but might not make it for Sunday. He will be travelling over though regardless of what Everton say.
Coleman out for a month after injury in tonights game v Man City.

Saw him limp off. Blessing in disguise for us?
Martinez - “Seamus is probably the most serious of the three. He has pulled his calf and that type of injury usually takes three or four weeks to fully recover.”
Coleman's goal against Stoke today to put Everton 2-0 up:
Its a good goal and not the type that you would expect Stoke to concede too easily. Tony Pulis would have a few words to say. Good movement by Everton though.
Goal here from about 1.30

He is 1.77m 5'10 by the way.
First of the season.
Pretty disappointed in Colemans "performance" to be honest. His wife had a daughter last night. Not a son. Not good for Ireland.
A birth that was waiting (9 months) to happen apparently.
Congrats Seamie! :)
Playing wing back today, not overly involved so far.
Edit- not for long, two dumb yellow cards for Mirallas has forced Everton into a change of shape. Stones seems to have gone right back with Coleman ahead of him.
i say on sky sports Coleman seemed to be on the wing with 3 at the back in a 3 5 2.
Anyhow Everton lost as is typical of them.
