Don't forget Gary Dicker (former UCD), Leon McSweeney (former Cork), Stephen Gleeson, and Conrad Logan
Sorry if I forgot any Stockport players, this was only the top of my head

Niall mcArdle has signed a professional contract with Sunderland. Don't know too much about him but he must be doing something right.
My Wife is a Schoolteacher at his old School and he dropped by at the end of the school year for the last couple of years to touch base with some of the teachers. She says he's a real gentlemen, no ego, unassuming and plenty of time for everyone.. Aside from that I know nothing else about him.
Gavin Donoghue and Billy Dennehy have been released by Sunderland
David Forde has joined Millwall from Cardiff on a free
Jim Goodwin has joined Huddesfield from Scunthorpe

I loved that comment from the Hartlepool United fan on that link about the Alan O'Brien story:
barrys1975 (Hartlepool United fan)
"What is the chances of signing a player like O'Brien? We have got no chance."
Obviously he hasn't seen him play. Hartlepool United would be a step too high up the ladder for him.
He is fast though.
Paddy McCarthy signed for Crystal Palace

Darragh Tuffy and Conor Kavanagh have left Blackburn whilst Lorcan Fitzgerald was released by West Ham. Tuffy was meant to be a star of the future but never managed to get a proper run in the youth side as he suffered several serious injurys. Also, Ireland under 21 international Jim o'Brien has turned down a new 1 year contract with celtic and has left the club. Apparently several SPL teams are interested.
Disappointing, good things were also expected of Fitzgerald!
Wes Houlihan signed for Norwich according to the BBC website.
