If we are well beaten in Kazakhstan, it'll be a low crowd. Thursday night, in South Dublin is an absolute pain.
Far too progressive for our club, but we should be playing this match in Windsor.
Reason for the change is that we need 4.5k seats in the Brandywell, we only have 3.7k.
With the new safe standing terrace going in over the winter, it won't be an issue in the future.
Very enjoyable trip to Kuopio. Strange town, it's a grid and quite compact. Lovely setting, surrounded by lakes and endless trees. Winters are brutal according to the locals, who were lovely and much more chatty than Helsinki people. Pint prices varied widely, but we settled in one spot doing litre steins for €9.20; cheaper than back home.
Some scenes at Derry airport at half 1 in the morning after the team landed.

Kazakhstan isn't so much of a nightmare logistically as it is cost-wise. Initial quotes for a charter seemed to be €300k plus. Though UEFA give an extra €20k for such distances, generous. Only know of one fan going so far, living in Moscow.
