Of those countries the Vatican and Monaco don't field clubs in UEFA competition. Kazakhstan for all the money spent (massive salaries) still don't understand how to spend it properly or get decent players in. Armenia are in chaos, Azerbijan have money but are building up for a new war, Moldova is a country split and at war with itself, the only decent club has amazing facilities but is run as a massive money laundering operation. Georgia is all over the place, the Baltic States are too weak and small market, Wales and N. Ireland ditto, BiH is never more than a day or two from civil war - and whose leagues and clubs are still divided along ethnic lines, Iceland, well, it's Iceland, Luxembourg just tip along, Malta has had money pumped in, with facilities but the league is massively corrupt and strangled. Andorra, too small, Liechenstein's clubs mostly play in the Swiss leagues and FC Vaduz threatened a break through but they were tight with the cash and faltered. The Faeroes aren't there, but they go along with the small tip along leagues. Ireland - well, it could be done but not in 1 year. It takes someone to load in cash for 2-3 years (like Cyprus or Slovenia) and hope for the best.
FC Haka of Finland made CL group stages one season didn't they?
EDIT: just remembered it was Liverpool they played one season, was this in group stages or qualifying for anyone who knows?
Anyone have a link for the St. Pat's game? It's being broadcast live on a Ukrainian channel called 2+2.
My brother got a stream for 2+2 working but he says they appear to be showing boxing at the minute. LiveOnSat was updated a short while ago to say 2+2 would be broadcasting it, but maybe not: http://liveonsat.com/LJ_foot_uefa_europa.php
Strange.
1st corner of the game going to Pats. 0-0 after 12 mins.
Are you watching drog
This from the pats forum
"We got let off there, Rogers rounded ball was pulled back but Shorthall there to clear off the line, followed by a shot just wide, They are growing in confidence'
Is this working?

Yeah, Pat's are 1-0 down. Seemed to come from a corner according to UEFA's updates.

This is working for me
Kaparty's goal was laughable really, the pats defender misjudged the flight of the ball and ball went over his head, all looked safe as the rogers was coming to collect the ball and he Missed it and an east tap for the Karpaty player.
half time in pats match
Craetaro nearly scored!
is there a link for the sligo match
We started the game well against Polskia... But as its gone on its noticeable that they are quality above us. We'd be doing well to get out of here with the tie still alive imo.
Not much in the Pats match, Sligo are holding their own. Neither of the Ukranian sides are anything special. Get them back to Ireland and see what happens.
Rovers look a bit heavy legged.
Some spectacular dives in the Pats game. I've lost count how many, it's a dive a minute game
Sligo have a goal disallowed.
Why was it disallowed
Disallowed goal for Sligo - corner - dodgy keeper - what did I tell yis?? Eh? Sligo can take this lot
Don't get carried away too early
McGuinness kind of kneed it out of the keeper's loose grasp from a corner. Probably fair enough.
Sligo losing possession far too much - if they don't keep it better they will ship a few goals.
Very nervy times for Sligo. Hopefully hold out until half time at least.
Teams back out in Lviv.
Half time 0-0 Well done.
Sligo came into a bit more near the end of that half. Keeper Brendan Clarke is doing well. They'll be happy enough.
