Well I would assume so. Considering you can't play Cork teams this early in the cup it's either a mistake or perhaps that's Rock Rovers' full name. Either way I'd be fairly confident you are playing the Clare side.Quote:

Definetly Rock Rovers from Ennis... They are playing at Lee's Road so if ye are away I would not worry about a field.Quote:

love em or loathe them (i,m borderline love) newmarket are a different team now there heartbeat is back. they two did more than enough to get sent off but jim denniffe was very slack. avenue missed chance after chance. had a penalty saved (if applying letter of the law should have shown defender red card as well) then to top it off high ball caught by newmarket keeper, jim turns around, he drops it and avenue knock it in the net, jim turns around after hearing shouts and melee and disallows it. (10 mins left)
avenue had enough chances to win three games last night, but the two prodical boys who were not on the own all night (but stood out head and shoulders when it mattered) pushed and pulled and bullied this result. (thats why u got to luv these guys and the old newmarket style was back,,,,,respect) that is what avenue is missing this year .... i safely know if what went on last night was few years ago they would have been delt with, not the handbag reation which they got instead. if we had that steel i would safely say a good national run wouldn't be far away.
ps (avenue were no angels either and could have 2 sent off for stupid reactions and tackles)
bunratty who were relagation certs are now up the top half of the table??????
Nabs is on his way too, what odds Newmarket winning the league
7 points behind with 12 games to go, would be a bit of a miracle, very tight league with everyone taking points of each other 35 might just win the League this year. It will interesting to see how the Prem Clubs get on in the Munster and FAI this year with games under their belts, in theory should help!Quote:

Games in hand are not points on the board, also isn't hurling a different sport.Quote:

Well lads six games in, time to revise predictions. I must admit i was one of those who thought that Bunratty would struggle.
Its only 9 days ago that Bunratty had played 3 lost 3... Battled hard for the last 3 and got some lucky breaks.Quote:

Sounds like youre worried about Lifford all of a sudden! Could it be that you have seen the most skilful team in Clare put in some awesome performances that other teams can only dream of.Quote:

just had that conversation with john o malley. ignore them at your peril. the first game of the season v lifford they played a football match on sat and most of the team had hurling training at 9.00 sunday and went straight to lees rd for 11.00 kick off. they played avenue last year and had 10 men starting in green. they got few more before half time but i thought they were the better team in the first half (avenue won 3-1) i also think u could be 7 pts behind with 6 games left and still win the league. also newmarket lads told me nabs is staying in limerick for another year, but i don't think he is getting his place in starting 11, is this why he changed his mind since last tuesday??????Quote:

biased but not very as we,re not in shield. only one club has ever won the lot.
could be a very long time before another club achieves that.
If you know Nabs he gets very homesick very quickly, remember when he went to CorkQuote:
