a bit harsh on adams .. don't forget he inherited a team from redknap lost their last 6-7 games at end of last season also sold 3 of their best players recently & have very little money to spend and have been very unfortunate in losing games last couple of weeks ,, but in the modern game results & winning is all that matters .. must add mr redknap has not done alot since he took over spurs and spent a small fortune :ball::ball:
was he not harry redknaps no 2 at portsmouth.. when redknap ran off to spurs it probally was the obvious choice for a club like portsmouth who dont have money to attract so call big managers , as for talking a lot of s hite don't they all ( managers) talk the same s hite :D
e.g. arsne whinger could clearly see ebouge did not foul woodgate for disallowed goal .. but unfortunatly missed ebouge kicking out at modric .

Scolari sacked
Next up Southgate I suspect.
Chelsea certainly had not shown any improvement under Scolari. They were very ordinary against Hull.
Staunton in? He was saying he'd like to get into club management
Zola ? Keane ? Martin O'Neill ?
why would Grant want to go back? Has he got any pride/self worth?!

Useless qualities that are a hinderance to success in modern football!
The word on the street is that Gus Hiddink will be the next manager and that Cech, Drogba and Ballack moaned to Abramovich which helped in Scolari's dismissal.
Another home draw for Liverpool. I remember the days when Liverpool, not matter what sort of team they had (and they were usually excellent), were almost guaranteed a home win. Wonder why Benitez is apparently stalling on the new contract. If I was him I'd sign it quick smart so he'll get lots of compensation when he's sacked.
Still a reasonable possibility that the 3 teams which came up, will go down with Hull now in free fall (missing Paul McShane ;) ?). Important game for them coming up. Mind you Newcastle look a poor team as do Boro.
So Man U vs Liverpool this weekend. Man U poor vs Inter. Liverpool excellent against Real Madrid. Must be a win for Man U ;) No, I suspect a 1-1 as Man U just don't need to lose this game.
United 2 nil and then I want the United players to celebrate like they've won the league again like Liverpool did at Anfield earlier on in the season.
Man utd not to lose anyway and Watford to get beaten ha ha
Well you have to say that was some performance, Torres is world class, he didnt even look fully fit but caused Vidic and Ferdinand all sorts of problems. Even Lucas Levia almost looked like a decent player.
Seriously though that is some result and seen in the context of the Madrid matches they are picking up some form now.
Anyone know how much Man Utd paid for Tevez?
£20 million, but I think that for a 3-4 season loan.

I cannot recall a time when Man Utd have made so many individual defensive errors. Shocking performance and I expect a big response from the team. Maybe the warning signs were there after they put in an average performance against Inter last week? You cannot give a class act like Torres opportunities like that. Carrick and Anderson were also woeful. No protection and offered nothing going forward. I wouldn't be surprised if Scholes and Fletcher start against Fulham next weekend.
Man U lose again. Could there be a twist at the end of the season? I doubt it. Liverpool aren't consistent enough to mount a challenge.
At the other end Newcastle and Middlesboro both now in serious trouble but I'd saty it is still likely that Stoke will join WBA going back down with 'Boro now looking like accompanying them down.
could be any 2 from 5 joining West Brom, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Stoke are all looking weak, Hull are in freefall and Pompey could get sucked back into it
Newcastle Utd's run in looks very difficult. I'd say WBA, Boro and Newcastle to go down. Newcastle need to appoint somebody in the interim because Houghton and Calderwood seem to be struggling.

liverpool looked very consistent this afternoon took aston villa apart to win 5-0 :D
Wouldn't read too much in to the Villa result. Villa have been very poor of later and have been over achieving with an average squad. That said 4-4-5 in the last 3 games in not a bad return for Liverpool. Can they keep it up? I doubt it but at least it makes for a more interesting end of season for the title. Liverpool also have the more difficult run in I think.
