Dont bother TB, many have tried to correct this man before to no avail. Pity, because then you could reply if you knew the point he was trying to make. Best to keep clear of all contact for your sanitys sake in my experience. Anyone concur?:ball:

Rumour on the streets of ballyheane are that Theron Cogill has decided to leave Ballyheane FC and join Castlebar Celtic. Heard it from a good source. Not good for the club losing a player of his quality. 1 or 2 more might decide to follow him out the door
Dont know why you are getting so upset, you dont hang around long enough.
To answer thunder, he is right. you hold your A.G.M. on or before 31st Jan. In the case of Ballyheane they decided to hold their's. which has now passed.
But it was needed to hold an E.G.M. which has also being held, in order to run the business of the club. I hope this is all right with you and thunder.
[QUOTE=Thunderblaster;811372]Renovater, where are you??
I am here :eek:what da story on the one we love:rolleyes:
See ye on Saturday week! :D
I'm not in love, so don't forget it.
It's just a silly phase I'm going through.
And just because I call you up,
Don't get me wrong, don't think you've got it made.
I'm not in love, no no, it's because...
I like to see you, but then again,
That doesn't mean you mean that much to me.
So if I call you, don't make a fuss -
Don't tell your friends about the two of us.
I'm not in love, no no, it's because...
I keep your picture upon the wall.
It hides a nasty stain that's lying there.
So don't you ask me to give it back.
I know you know it doesn't mean that much to me.
I'm not in love, no no, it's because...
Ooh, you'll wait a long time for me.
Ooh, you'll wait a long time.
I'm not in love, I'm not in love...
:p:D
Any news from the Heane Reno?
Great game today between Ballyheane v Swinford having come from behind from two goals down and win 3-2 in normal time.
Swinford must have thought Christmas coming early, in the 3rd min mix up in the defence aloud swinford forward, Ballyheane's Joyce take the ball off the line only to see it rebound off Captain Mulgrew into empty net.
Ballyheane continue to apply pressure failed to break the Swinford regard down. Against the run of play on the 18 min swinford forwards broke thought to go 2-0
With win looking good for swinford Ballyheane persistence pays off.
With a goal by mugan to make it 2-1
Second half saw ballyheane continue to play open passing game found the net on 50 min by grimes .
At this stage swinford started to knuckle down by pushing forward, only to find that Ballyheane was defending in numbers.
Then with a move from O'Connor from mid field found O'Malley who sweep the ball down to conroy who sent across on to the toe of mugan to make it 3-2.
Ballyheane had a number of wasted changes only not to score.
Swinford for there part will be happy not to have concede by more, Ballyheane will be happy to meet Salthill Devon in the last 8 at Ballyheane in Jan.
Have you eaten your words, where the U-14 report on How you loss to Ballyheane.
Or was it said Reno was in hiding on how they Ballyheane was going to over come, the great Westport side ur, self and leveller must be churning on this one.
Well did say will leave to The Don!!!
I am glad you enjoyed my match report. it was ment to amused you.
After the dim Sunday.
Well great nite was assured at the Mayo League dinner dance by those who attended, not having been at the dinner dance for a number of years, it was good to see the number of players collecting there awards.
I did note the professionalism of John Durkan Secretary of The Mayo League, in the manner he quickly went thought awards, kept the speeches to a minimum.
However it was disappointing that Westport Utd players appear to have no table manners. Having got up walked straight out the door before John Durkan left the podium. Think it would serve better if they showed respect for there host. if you do decide to leave in future try to do it discretely.
I would have no great love for the Mayo LEAGUE, but think I would show them some respect, as our host.:o
gud win for the B' team at he weekend over mulranny
they have to play kiltimagh + knock in the play off final. not many underage on the B' team. alot of players in their mid twentys and older.
[QUOTE] You have this one wrong, Ballyheane v Mulranney was a play off final.
To stay in div. 1
Loser goes down.
The End.
/QUOTE]
As Ballyheane B finished 7th in Division 1 after defeating Mulranny, they must now play Knock/Kiltimagh in the play-off.
The Ballyheane v Mulranny play-off was only because both teams finished level on points and as goal difference doesn't count - they had to have a play-off.

I didn't see any Westport United player firing food across the table, there was no one burping or picking their nose and eating their snots or coughing into others plates. There was no spitting or indiscreet removal of food. No one was banging their knives and forks off the table. I thought that the behaviour of the Westport United footballers was very civil.
[QUOTE=Footy Mad;826695]Based on what you are saying 3rd bottom team plays in a play off with k/k to play in d.1 sounds right.Quote:

Ballyheane last year beat B.B.B. To play in D.1
It just goes to show you can dress them up, but you can't let them out.
Just hide your head in shame.
Apology!!!
Do no what goes on at Ballyheane F.C.
However just was not aware they Ballyheane B had to play in a play off. I was led to believe differantly.
But it does make sense. As Ballyheane took there place via play off.
Just one of those things, we all dont get it right. so lets leave it there.
Come on the Heane.
