Me and the other lads just wanted to thank AidoM, Babysis and Green Tribe for organising the bus. Although the match wasnt the greatest it was a deadly couple of days! Cheers

Not a problem. Think I was chatting to yous in the Bounty (in the smoking section :eek: what was i doing in there!? Probably checking if Packie Bonner was still there from the night before, can't believe I missed him!) after the game, then proceeded to get my photo taken with every Bounty bar staff member, seemed a good idea at the time :o
Does anyone know if Schlooomp got home in one piece, last time i saw him in the Bounty, he was in a bit of a delicate state! :D

Ahh schlooomp - Now he is a character - very very funny!! :D Would love to have heard what he said to the bouncers when they asked him to leave at the end of the night!!

Heh heh, she was in there surely, it was the wee place to the left as you come in the main door, Tommy Feeley was to be found in there at times and many of our other Joe Dolan fans! :D

Yeah, would love to know what Schloooomp said to Signor Claudio/Maurizio Mitchell at the end of the night! Can anyone clarify? :p

Oh I see, well I was just calling the Joe Dolan fan club VIP section :D

Schloomp made me laugh, pure comedy - Someone is going to have to let us know how he got back to his hotel on Wednesday night. Im sure there will be story to tell :D

Ah bless. Id say he wasnt the only one slumped in reception judging by the look of some people in the Bounty on Wednesday:D

Ha ha, he didn't make it back to his hotel on Wednesday. We met him in the Pinte (?) pub on Thursday. He had stayed the night on the beach until the owners of Bounty took pity on him and let him in on Thursday morning. He had a bad cut on his head at the time but didn't know how it happened. The last I saw of him was Thursday night in the Bounty asleep.

Oh dear, I hope he is ok. Last I remember seeing him, was on Wednesday and he was also asleep in the Bounty (Im seeing a pattern emerging here:D )
He defo have any cuts on his head then! Got distracted after that by Tommy "No Passaran" Feeley in the middle of the road :D

To be fair there were a few "sleepers" by that time, but I'd put him at the front of the queue. I was nearly falling asleep at that point too to be fair:o

Just got told Joe Dolan is coming to North London on Saturday, and Im going to be in Ennis this weekend - Oh me oh my :( :D

I can confirm that Schloomp is alive and well ... and still on the beer :eek:
I was drinking with him in Dublin last week.

As for his tales of woe ... I can only leave it to the man himself to tell ye :p

I'll give him a shout cos he only checks the forum occasionally

BTW, my injury wasn't actually that bad, just a flesh wound. If anybody happens to asks about it, here is the official response.

While out mountain biking I tackled a particularly steep descent, unfortunately I misjudged my own abilities as well as those of my bike. About a third of the way down I lost control and managed a face plant in a not so pleasant and horrendously rough piece of terrain. This left me with some minor scratches to the left temple and around the left ear.

Don't worry about it, my recollections in the bounty are hazy at best, except the morning that the owners father let me in and told me to wait and mind the pub coz he couldn't lock the front door. Needless to say he couldn't have left the place in better hands :D

I have thought about quitting but moderation is probably a better solution. Anyway it just wouldn't be as much fun ;)
