Brennan is an enigma, I could never figure out why he didn't put it in at Rovers, his attitude was poor to the point they paid him to leave and played kids instead..
and I was in favour of him when he signed , I don't bother with the tribal stuff good player is a good player etc I just don't get it.....
If he decides he wants to play for Drogs he might do well but I'd be prepared to bet he has 3 good matches next season..

I think that it is good that Dundalk are taking the wife into consideration when signing a player, the more successful English league managers; Revie, Clough even Ferguson early in his career always did this. In the rich leagues, with so much money involved and agents/agencies, this is not necessary anymore.

I hear McMillan signed as well. Could well make the difference between 1st & 2nd again next season.

Well they did lose 3 very important players as opposed to only one in each of the previous 2 seasons. Losing players like the ones they have lost this year would impact any team, but they have made a few good signings so I still see them being right up there as one of the favourite's.Quote:
