I have seen enough of the boro I don't think they will be good enough to win the league

I'm finally back lol
does anyone think any of the Limerick teams can make a fair attempt at either fai or Munster junior
Jesus Boro beaten by Carew this morning, anyone at it?
Injury hit Regional.Pike are without Hanrahan.Walsh.O'Sullivan.O'Callaghan on top of Mullins and O'Donovan and Connery.Maybe your headline should have been.Decimated Pike romp to victory.Be more realistic.
As usual good report AoB,watched most of the game and must say pike very comfortable ....squad ,with what was missing, the strongest in the country, daly and mcgann top players dictated the whole game.regional can,t afford to be without the players they were missing although couple of decent performances in their team.
LDL Premier Division Statistics 2016/17
Stats up-to-date now, including the top goalscorers chart, where three players share the lead on five goals apiece.
Pike look very strong and I think will win the league by a margin , with the players they have coming back from injury fai must be in their sights as well, looking at the boro who are supposed to be closest rivals look like an average squad.
Pike do look like they have a very good squad and look well equipped to give the fai another good go.
Boro were very dissapointing yesterday. The one area they needed to strenghten was their defence over the off season and they didnt, they do look vunerable at the back.
There are a host of games coming up over the next 10 days and after that i think we will have a better idea of where teams stand in regards to challenging pike or staying up.
Sticking with my Pike, Fairview and Boro top 3 in that order.
Would totally agree with you. To do well in league and cups you need a good bench behind you and Fairviews and Boro's do look weak. Maybe one of them can do a Leicester City and get very lucky with injuries lol. Long way to go but next 3 games in quick succession will tell us much more.
Pike scoring for fun again, some amount of goals already scored. They'll surely put 10 on Summerville on Thursday, without being disrespectful to the Portland boys.
A three way battle to avoid relegation between dines. Moyross and kilmallock I'd say
I don't think Kilmallock will go down they have very good players
Look to be improving every week too. Be interesting to see will Moyross turn to Phillip power to come back if they are in trouble after Xmas
I think Philip power will have to come back , Jason o Connor and frank hogan are not getting the best out of the players at the moment and players don't seem to be getting on , I think if he got back involved they could beat the teams around them.
I would imagine the way Phillip left might have affected morale in the Moyross camp
How many years was he manager
very harsh assessment of both Frank and Jason who are only in the job five minutes, and Moyross,s league form last season under their previous manager will hardly inspire the current crop of players.
Where is the very harsh ?? Jason and frank not getting the best out of the players at the moment, and just to remind you Philip had a great record with moyross I.E a great run in the fai and staying up with very limited resources that's no disrespect to the current managers but I think Philip knows how to get the best out of the current players and moyross could do with him back that's my opinion.
It's hard to judge teams this time of the season, playing 1/3 of your league games in a 4 week period is very tough, plus players missing mid-week games due to work commitments. It takes a while for new managements to get the team they way they want it. When it goes to 1 game a week most teams will settle down.
Il say it straight out. The way Phillip power was ousted was bound to affect the mood in the camp. He was Moyross like. And I bet any money most of the players would love to see him back.
Didn't affect them when they hammered Kilmallock who have gone on to do very well. Managers and strategies don't matter as much as the quality of the players and they've lost some very good ones.
I'd agree with Treaty Gooner. 99% of the time in football a huge amount comes down to the quality in the squad. You can be the best manager in town but if you don't have the quality then you can only go so far. I think Moyross lost a few key players but in saying that they are probably only a few good players away from picking up more results.
The transfer window doesn't close for another 3 weeks so I wouldn't be surprised to see players move around.
A league could be won and lost the first 5/6 games and by the time it's one match aweek a team could be 10pts behind
Jofspring it's down to the manager to build that quality squad and down to the manager to decide what way he wants to play and approach games, teams with average players can win trophies with the right manager, I would love to see moyross in the league next year I think it will be a long season for them but I think Philip power has been a big loss.
I think the way Phillip was ousted could be a big reason for their slow enough start. But at the end of the day they should get at least a full season to see how they get on. As someone said above if they could add one maybe two more quality players they should be fine.
Any truth Mike Considine gone from the Geraldines?
Every truth. Resigned, along with his assistant, after Sunday's 5-1 home defeat to Kilmallock - Geraldines' fifth defeat in their opening six games.

Geraldines have a chance to pull it out of the bag now, depending on who Moyross get as a manager. If they can sign players they'll both have a chance to get out of trouble. I'm still picking Pike to win the league and Geraldines to go down though.
Any word on Munster Junior Cup draw?
Results going pikes way , boro losing again today lots of good players up there and Adrian power now in the fold what's going wrong
I agree and it has been a problem for few years great attacking team but conceding 3 to regional wouldn't warrent much confidence, they were much better last year and more organised.
What were the results this morning?
