Southampton knocked Manchester United out of the F.A. Youth Cup at Old Trafford tonight with Kilkenny's Thomas O'Connor scoring this equaliser inside the last ten minutes. His namesake, Waterford's Lee O'Connor, started centre back for United and was (United's?) man of the match according to this.

Despite Plymouth slipping out of the automatic promotion places in the second half of the 2015/16 season, Carey was still one of the standout players in Sky Bet League Two, and was named the sixth best player in the division as the Pilgrims missed out on promotion in the Play-Off Final.
The Irishman is at his best again this term with nine goals and eight assists to date, and the Green Army are riding high once again, only trailing the league leaders due to goal difference.

Don't think there's any thread on Lincoln City's captain Alan Power. I resisted opening one seeing as he's 29 and playing non-league football, but they're the story of the FA Cup so far, beating Ipswich and Brighton to reach the last sixteen. Power scored a penalty to set them on their way today.

Was he highly rated at one point, or am I confusing him with another player named Power?
He debuted for Nottingham Forest at 18 or 19 so he's probably the guy you're thinking of. The only other Power I can think of is new Waterford owner Lee Power, who was an under-21 international in the 90s.Quote:
