The Airtricity League Banter Page on Facebook is claiming that this will be our new home jersey:
https://scontent.fdub4-1.fna.fbcdn.n...4e&oe=5A046624
They've not given any info as to how they came upon it. Reckon it's genuine?
Was posted on ybig as well, according to the relies it's a mock up from designfootball.com, and has been around since 2015
The badge will say Ireland on the jersey and not FAI.
It's not real. I hope we stick with the lighter green anyway.
Unless footyheadlines is splashed all over it, I refuse to believe!
There was another one which was mank and very similar to our 2002 shirt on the ybig thread. But I'll never link to it here obvs.
New Ireland jersey posted on balls.ie
I can't make my mind up about it yet. Like all the NB stuff it's very simple.
I've never been a fan of vertical lines (reminds me of NI in 90s and those awful Euro 2012 jerseys we had). Although the difference in the shades are quite faint.

Or am I a mug? Is it a fake leak?
Na, these leaks are usually fairly accurate. It's a bit of an underwhelming effort but it's how the lads perform in it will determine how it's remembered.

I like it... The more orange the better
I can't complain as I dislike fussy jerseys -the absence of such fuss appears to be what those commentators crying dull are gurning about.
NB generally make cheap looking gear though. Would've liked to see us do a deal with adidas -they've made some hideous kits for our northern cousins but a few nice ones too.
Some of the mock up kits being touted on that clunky balls site are the stuff of an Australians nightmare.
Hopefully it is better in real life. I think it looks brutal. Seems all out of proportion.
Why the button? Someone call John Travolta.
Hummel for me, few green chevrons, super. But I have never bought one because of the sponsor and I can't see that changing, there are some things you don't sell, or at least you shouldn't sell.
It needs some Conor McGregor pinstripes
decent enough effort but would prefer a collar myself.
I think it's a pretty lazy effort to be honest. Very similar to previous one, just changed the direction of the shaded lines, added a bit of orange to the sleeves and messed around with the collar. It does look a bit better here than in the pictures above though. - http://www.the42.ie/ireland-new-bala...25508-Aug2017/

So it's official:

Looks much better on. So that's a start.
I don't like the silly button collar. Agree that it's a lazy effort.
Are they going to make any available that don't have the stupid 3 on them? People are always asking me who number 3 is. "Babe Ruth" I say, before turning and running away, usually into a few garbage cans.
Have only seen one NB jersey I liked and it's the Celtic away jersey.
Nike, Puma, Adidas, O'Neill's would've all been better options.
Let's be honest. Vertical lines don't suit us. We're not a vertical line kind of people
FAI Shop now open with the new kit. It'll set you back €75.01.
Our last kit didn't cost that much, did it??
I notice there is no use of the word replica on the site.
FAI Shop opening again in Carroll's on Westmoreland St. Saw the shirt in the flesh. Much better.
If I can get one with no sponsor it's a purchase.
New away shirt has made an appearance. You gotta wonder why the home shirt didn't follow that template?

Yeah, that's much nicer... and I would say magnificent without the '3'.
So is it possible to order the shirt with no sponsor, and with one of the players name and numbers? Like with any other sports top of any sport in the whole world?
But that's the top that Manchester wears IN THEIR GAMES. So yes, you can get the same top that the players wear. You can get an England top that the players wear. With a name and number.
My point exactly. It's International soccer, not NASCAR.
