Reading todays mirror,stephen folan is supposed to be heading for sligo rovers and paul o'connor heading to us.
Talking to a player from Dublin today that is friends with a few of the UCD lads he reckons we have signed Robbie Benson, would be a great signing for us if we manager to get him.
Terrific signing for whoever gets him. Has the talent to be one of the best in the division.
Badly wanted if its true.i dont understand why signings are being kept hush hush.any bit of good news would give everybody a lift.
Benson and O'Connor would be two very good signings.

Cork fans seem to be pretty adamant that O'Leary won't be there next season. Lack of game time and they are strong in the same position so likely to leave. I'd like to see him back up here with us.

Mike Aherne on limerick 95fm said the club hope to announce some signings next week.he mentioned that the club wanted to sign Dave o Leary but he has now gone to Galway.wait and see what next week brings.
Paul O Connor confirmed from Sligo Rovers.From what I've seen of him this is a fine signing and is a better addition than re signing Dave O Leary.
Agree with ya he is a better player than O'Leary tbh. Good start to our signings very happy with this one.

Wow those signings we just announced are a disgrace, the managers son brought in makes me really question whether Russell is the man already. O'Donnell is a good signing but the other 2 are relegation material.
O' Donnell should prove to be a really good signing and Dean Clarke is a handy player, haven't heard anything good about young Russell. I just hope he's not another Alex Scully!Quote:

Connor o donnell seems to be the only player of quality out of the 3 that are signed.big problem will be scoring goals next season.
The UCD fans have said Clarke is ok and barr last season when he was injured he seemed to do ok. Collingwood team captain, pacey, can score goals and was tipped as one for the future in the LOI.
And has missed a huge chunk of time with a very serious back injury, I have massive doubt about whether he can come back the same after that. He was behind me at the UCD-Galway play off game and was telling them about having to wear a back brace and all this stuff. If he can come back as 2013 him then its a decent signing but its a big if.Quote:
