Video works fine. Onto the game, we played very well, kept the ball down considering the adverse conditions, Pats were poor but who cares about them it was a really encouraging performance from us. 4-3-3 formation suited the players we had on the park, plenty of positives to be taken from it. Plenty of youth and passion in the side, hopefully we take that performance into the league campaign.

1-1 it finished at Dalymount.
Morley was brilliant, I'm delighted we've signed him. Nice finished from Cowan for the goal. He also played well.
Piotr Szczerbowski also played well I thought. Very simple player, and good tackler.
Oladele played well too when he came on, up front on his own. Dowling was good too.
I had my heart in my mouth every time Collins was called upon. I'm not sure about him.
I was disappointed with Lee Roche. Wasn't at much at all. I'd say his pass completion was about 30%.
Oladele
I thought we were very good. Lots of good stuff from us, nice passing and some great defending and keeping.
Other than that we should be very happy going into the new season.
Good result, not a bad performance, bohs dominated possession, rouse made a couple of fantastic saves in the 1st half.
Startin XI: Rouse, O'Reilly, Collins, Hope, Lee, Walsh, Salmon, Hyland, L Roche, Morley, Cowan
Subs used: Conlon, Dowling, Sczcerbowski, Shaun Skelly, Kevin Lynch, Stephen McCrossan, Jason Oladele, George Bell, Gary Cronin
Anyone know anything about Skelly and Lynch? How did McCrossan do?
I think morley has great ability, delighted to hear he done well tonight, very positive results in the pre season, here's hoping we carry the same form into the new season.. We seem to have a decent squad with competition for places which is a bonus too
Skelly is Austins younger brother thats all i know, Dont know anything bout Lynch he looked poor though, he played left full. McCrossan didnt do too bad would like to see him again get a proper look.
Thought he might be a brother alright. McCrossan was always solid enough for Monaghan from what I can recall.
Sean Skelly had signed with Fingal from what I heard but as we all know was given his P45 like the rest of them!
Where was Brady?
I think Brady's injured isn't he? Austin Skelly is injured too. No idea of what's up with them or when they're back.
Brady had work experience from what i heard, Skelly was on crutches probably miss the first couple of weeks he has an achilles problem, aidan roche was in the stand too, presumbly from whatever happened v Pats
Thanks. Deans was in the stand too.
Forgot Deans didnt play, very strong squad Cousins has assembled, we will be well organised and lookin quick going forward
Another fantastic performance from the lads last night TC has assembled a squad of footballers that like to get it down and play and I'm buzzing for the new season now.
That goal should do Don the world of good he might start banging them in now, thought Alvin Rouse was fantastic last night too cant wait now.
I was for one was very impressed with the performance. We were excellent in the first half and not as effective in the second half due to all the changes made. I heard the same thing too about Shaun Skelly being let go by Fingal. Morley was class for yet again and Rouse saved us a few times. I am delighted Don Cowan finally broke his duck. I am going to ask around today and find out who is Kevin Lynch so leave it with me and I will get onto my contacts...
Apparently Lynch was with Sporting Fingal under 20s.
You're probably right Longfordian. There was a Kevin Lynch who played left back for Sporting Fingal U-20's last season so it must be him.
New fixture list has just been released still waiting to hear about longford il post back when i do so far all we know is we will finish a week earlier than everyone else http://extratime.ie/newsdesk/articles/5000/
Just heard Shels at home first weekend!!
Just saw that. Tasty game to start with should get a good crowd out and a good number of Shels down. Much better than Salthill away.
Full list here if anyone wants them

Buzzing now really cant wait.
Hurray for us
great fixture for the first game and should bring in a few supporters, and should act as a good barometer for where we stand. Looking forward to it now!
Friend of mine is a shels fan I needs some bragging rights :D
I am a tad disappointed as a few of us were making a weekend of it in Galway. We cant go to Salthill now until early july. I will have to amend all the fixtures thats in my diary. i think the FAI must be feeling like fools for releasing the fixture list way too early. One consolation though is that Shels home game is a good starter to the new season and hopefully there will be a good crowd going to it.
Aussie's brother was on the Irish Schools team that won the Centenary Shield last year, along with then Town players Robbie Benson and Tom O'Halloran. Couldn't tell you anything else about him though.
Signed for Drogs now by the looks of things anyway. Presume it's the same Sean Skelly anyway.
Ye its the same fella alright
