Feck sake it seems according to Aertel we are losing 1 nil
Didnt see that Longfordian before I posted! Maybe it will be like last week.
Hopefully, we've little to aim for for the rest of the season except finishing above that shower in Athlone.
Magicme must be a very bored Monaghan United supporter tonight not being able to update everyone on who's after taking the last thrown in.
Yeah I am. But delighted to report that we have equalised! Bermo Bermo Bermo!
OOps I mean 2-1 to us now. Bermo again!
Oh flip :(
Good stuff. 'Mon the Mons, for tonight anyway.
nice one!
FT 2-1. Makes next Friday even more interesting!
Will there be a replay or extratime if Fingal and Bray finish level tomorrow
Cheers Monaghan!:ball:
You're very welcome! :D
Any Athlone players sent off or anything?
Havent a clue Schumi, wasnt able to make the game. We are on some run, 7 games unbeaten. 6 wins on the bounce. Why the heck weren't we this good throughout the season!
Could anyone verify the positions of the Bohs starting 11 from Friday?
Left back, right back, left-centre..? that's what I mean.
For your convenience...
1 Brian Murphy; :D
4 Glenn Cronin,
7 Anto Murphy,
5 Brian Shelley,

11 Killian Brennan
16 Gary Deegan,
19 Paul Keegan,
18 Joseph Ndo
12 Paddy Madden
19 Jason Byrne.
Cheers.
Well Jason Byrne has been trialling for full-forward recently..
I knew a proper answer was too much to ask for here.
Ah would you stop, LTFC. There were 3 to 4 hundred at the game in total; certainly not that many from Longford.
And before we scored, Shanahan made at least three superb saves - one flying save from point blank range in the first half, and then two one-on-ones in the second half from Kilduff and Finn in the second. Killer also scored only for to be ruled out for a tight offside (haven't looked at the video yet). Overall we had 23 shots to your six, and 8 corners to your two. Add in the fact that we outscored you too, and there's no way we didn't deserve the win.
Edit - actually, here you note your keeper was like a wall, and was definitely man of the match. Yet above, you reckon we weren't within as ass' roar of troubling him? I highly doubt you were talking to our players either.
In fact, as noted earlier, I was impressed with the way we kept playing ball even with time ticking down; reminded me of Ireland v Georgia in Croker. Martin Russell = As Good As Trap. :)

have to agree with stu on this.. no way was there 400 from longford.. ucd had more fans than us! good to have the shels fans boostin the away support though! brings back memories of the bohs fans coming to our game when we played them in dalymount in 2003.Sean Francis celebratin in front o what he thought was Town fans but were Bohs fans!
Think LTFC meant 3 to 400 at the game, anyone there would tell you there was 10 to 15 from Longford at it (excluding the shels fans that were cheerin us on) and as for the game Ucd should of won comfortably 5 or 6-1, we scored against the run of play but were getting bombarded by Ucd. We had two shots on goal both against the run of play. We set up for a nil all draw with no intention of winning. Surprised ourselves by taking the lead.
Have ya never seen one?
