Well if Carsley is what these players are aspiring to become, God help us all

Arteta has qualities that McDeady doesn't, and McGeayhas some stuff Arteta doesn't. Put it this way I would rather McGeady on the wing than Arteta....Arteta is a better version of Andy Reid(which says something).

If not McGeady, then Duff is a better player than Arteta, and McGeady is better than Pienaar.
