Cakes,Cakes. (I am astonished at the size of the Bun lobby) I even consulted my Mum on this. She also said my generation were a cheap birthday party -couple of large bottles of 7-up and rice crispy CAKES.

Just spoke to a scottish friend of mine, who said cakes. What an idiot. But in Scotland, they usually use cornflakes, not rice krispies. Barbarians.
I've only ever seen Cornflake cakes in Ireland. Agree that the concept of a cornflake version is barbaric but my refined Scottish buddies love their rice krispie cakes.
