Im sure that no matter what is in the Referees report this is going to end up before the Setanta disciplinary committee and the video evidence of what actually happened is crystal clear.

I was actually refering to icemans comment about City getting banned from the setanta cup which is total nonsense,i just threw in a dig at connor because i have absolutely no respect for him, wasnt talking about anything he did on the night.Quote:

From where I was standing the Drogheda lad should have been sent off too cos they were both squaring up to each other and i didnt see any punches thrown by Gamble, then again it was McKeon refin it so what do you expect:rolleyes:
It was Murphy that threw the punch as the ball was being cleared, Gamble got involved in the afters, but I didn't see him throwing any punches.
Whatever about McKeown, the linesman (& Devine) deserve credit for calming it down & avoiding an ice-hockey style brawl.
Good man pineapple stu - its obviously still festering that Doolo left UCD to go and manage a proper club. Obviously festering even more that he has started to win trophies.Quote:

Speaking personally my only beef with Doolo is that he didn't go two weeks earlier. Pete Mahon would have kept us up with another game or two to play with.Quote:

First of all in the first half, Cork had a corner at the Ballybough end, I was watching Georgie Boy walk into the box and Bradley came up beside him to mark him, no big deal. Well that was until as Bradley walked by him, Georgie flung his elbow back and missed him by an inch. Now fair play to Bradley for just walking away as Georgie tried his cheating antics again.
Then later on when Shelly got injured for us, he was told to leave the field by the ref and was brought over to the Riverside area where all the Cork fans were. I watched in disbelief as one Cork guy, ran from half up the Riverside down to the railings and starting shouting, spitting and swinging his arm at Shelly. It took 2 stewards to take your man away.
Then there was the thuggery at the end by Murphy, and then when the people were putting up the stand, Gamble for some reason started to race over to the Drogs side like a demon:confused:
I have to say I was fed up last week with all the Cork V Drogs tripe going on, but after seeing how they take defeat then I think I'll join in!
I see the "Attack the post, not the poster" theory of debating has been lost to another muppet.:rolleyes:Quote:

I'm aware you won the game against Cork. I never said it wasn't successful. I saw it was tedious.
Oh the irony.............Quote:

Difference being that I backed up my comment with references to his post.:)Quote:
