This thread is prime example of why most nuetrals seem to want Derry to win it ahead of Cork. if it goes down to the last game with Derry only needing a point, I can't see them being beaten (dodgy 93rd min penalty aside)

i think they are more deserving of the title as a club, even though i would acknowledge that cork are the better footballing side, insofar as that matters in the EL.
with the exception of you peader, you are magnificent!! :D
Derry have come from nowhere this season and most of their fans are in shock. If they win the league it wont be long before you're calling them arrogant and get sick of listening to them go on about how great they are.Quote:

Funny we won the league in 1997 almost a double and we won the Cup in 1995 almost a double......... Five years yes, but ten:confused:Quote:

Lads, there's no way he'd blow something like that, surely :)
at what stage of this season did fenlon bottle it?Quote:

they are better winners, they never went on like this AND YOU STILL HAVE NO SILVERWARE THIS SEASON.
i think the majority of non-cities fans would agree on this, you set yourselves up for a fall by being so co.ck-sure of winning so early on, whereas derry quietly went about their business.
im sure you will all be back watching rugby again in a few seasons when it all goes tits up (again)
He didn't, at any stage of the season, 'bottle it' :confused:Quote:

You'd be correct.Quote:

We were the last two years running though.
last time i was at a rovers @ home game, a pint glass was thrown into our section. since i quit my job last month, myself and the missus have been to every away game but i'd rather not bring her anywhere near you scum for this one.Quote:

another reason i want derry to win it, they dont bury their heads in the sand about the (rare) nastiness that comes from their fans like you do.
"you scum" blah blah.
Who won the FAI Cup last year or the year before for that matter?Quote:

You might want to forget, but Europes 'elite' are well aware of the answer to that question anyway :oQuote:
