The interviewer is a bit of a prat but Killer certainly emphasises that he's always been an Ireland fan despite growing up in Preston.

KK a legend full stop and has shown a level of commitment to the Irish shirt that many born in this country have not. Limited player yes, but one i admire very much for his dedication to the cause. I think his parents are from the west alright, am embarassed to actually remember this but wasnt there a guy called James Kilbane (from Achill) in one of those Eurosong/your a star competitions a while back and he was related to Killer.Quote:
