Thank for posting. Oko flex looks like the kinda guy (like so many of them) that England just doesn't suit any longer. The top two leagues are so cash rich that playing there is too competitive. Malcolm Gladwells book, David and goliath has all the mechanics of this down. Better to go to Europe and succeed in smaller ponds to rise.Quote:

I think Matthew Healy is another example. Did well at Cork City but probably would have struggled if he moved to League Two or One because of his style particularly. Nice passing midfielder but not the most physical and might need more time to develop that. Moved to Belgian second division and looked good for Ireland in recent round of 21s games. Jake O'Brien proved a good season at that level can be a springboard.Quote:
