Still need Kildare, Galway and Athlone
Just sent an e-mail to the FAI - eircomLeague@FAI.ie - about attendances being released. Interesting to see what, if anything, comes back.
Impact of UCDs relegation been seen already in Premier (est) average of 3000 or so...althought with City away next wek prob be down to 2000 average.
Eh...Dublin City's home games to come...?!Quote:

Good point. :eek:Quote:

Still could be 20k people at games per week which could be 750,000 punters over a season.

Thanks for your mail.
In response to your query, the attendance figures are being collated under the terms of the club licensing scheme and there are no plans at present to publish them.
I hope this answers your query.
If you need any more information, let me know.
The clubs are counting the crowds, just not releasing the figures. However, were you at all the games at the weekend? If not, how do you know estimates from fans that were there are bullshít?Quote:

 Typical. What good is the info if they're not releasing it? Why not publish attendances?Quote:

1000 towards 1500 for Rovers v City althouygh can be hard to gauge when in the stand.
Soccer Central has an interesting article on the subject
Its easy now to guess our attendance, Id bet on 2,400 at the $hels game, only about 100 spare seats at both ends of stand.
300 at UCD-Athlone.
400 according to their forum.Quote:
