As I recall it was shat in rather than on.

Forget about Oriel.
Dublin Airport to Tallaght about 14 miles.Dublin Airport to Drogheda about 24 miles.Time spent traveling on coach to either= prob the same.Maybe someone in Drogheda should have told the Turks this! Anyway over and done now.The whole episode was a disaster for all involved.
UCD are one shocking team. I'll be amazed if they avoid the drop. Dundalk weren't super either, but you could tell they could kick up a bit at any stage. Number 19 for UCD was particularly bad, afraid to pick up the ball.
Great first goal for Dundalk.
And **** sake Town!
Wow. Apart from Limerick fans being more than a little disappointed with the referee, there wasn't really any negative vibes at the game.
Lads will have to wait a few hours for a replacement bus. Haven't heard a single complaint about anything before this mind, seemed like it was a friendly affair.
Poor enough game in Finn Park. Baltic conditions and pitch was bumpy as fook.
Difference in the side, the magical Kevin McHugh. Great finish.
Scumbags. Where did it happen?
I take it you'll be leading the investigation then Charlie.
Garda issue.
How they cant manage a squad car to escort a bus the tiny distance to the main road is beyond me.
Having said that youd imagine a good share of the locals in the village would know who the serial culprits are.
Where are the mothers??
You might have to dig the turd out of evidence for comparison purposes.
In all fairness the referee was fairly consistent for both sides, big shout in the last minute and from my view, side on, same side of the pitch it was a pen! Wasn't given, move on. Great atmosphere with both sets of supporters making great noise! Not a cross word between them so the window on the bus a disappointment - pity as Sligo seems a well run club and over 2,000 turning out on a cold night with plenty of kids at the game, great to see young support in the league, looks good for the future. Hope there are no recriminations in the return game.
First of all, it's likely these young fellas weren't at the game so I wouldn't be calling them fans. It's not part of some masterplan for us to start a feud with Limerick fans. There was no trouble between fans before, during or after the game.
Secondly as Lim til i die said, it's a Garda issue. If they're not willing/able to try and catch them where they throw the stones from they should be at least directing the buses out a different route. It will add at most 5mins to buses journey time.
That was a hard earned win tonight for Dundalk.
Passing was poor, though conditions didn't help either team. I thought we were lucky to be level before Mulvena's great opening goal. UCD put the back four under huge pressure in the second half and Cherrie and Shields were both immense at keeping them at bay. Shields was my man of the match. He needed to step up as the centre of midfield (Towell in particular) was poor.
They kept going and Kenny's substitutions once again made the difference. He seems to know how to punish teams in the last 15 minutes.
Disappointed with Faherty and Rossiter struggled at right back.
All in all, a great three points considering the conditions and several below par performances.
I agree with you and will retract that it was Sligo fans as its most likely a few little scumbags with nothing better to do. In my opinion though when stones are thrown at buses it leaves a bad taste in people's mouths and may lead to little ****s from limerick (not implying lads on the bus), deciding to do similar to a Sligo bus in the return.
