No. If Madrid can finance it, they're heavy favourites having finished 3rd for 2012 and 2nd for 2016

The one major problem is the Spanish economy is not too healthy right now...

The Olympics will go to Madrid, Tokyo or Istanbul. Nowhere else.

Decsion will be made in September 2013 (ie before the Euro 2020 host is announced)

Tokyo for me then...

Madrid is too hot in summer...
