Ouch. That's not happened before, has it?

30% is a huge cut and the club couldnt possibly have expected the players to agree to that.Very surprised if O'Donnell doesnt go back to England now.If Deegan got a trial with someone Stephen has to aswell id say.
It's been forced in us, but I'm guessing the rest of league is watching very closely - if we can avoid signing anyone before January, and can enforce a wage cut, then every other club will be able to say to their players 'look what Bohs had to do and they're champions" - which is why, on solidarity grounds, our players are right to resist.
If it was any other group of employers, one might suspect the first prong of a coordinated strategy, but this is LoI clubs....
Must be disappointing for Bohs fans that players unwilling to take any cut to help the club. Do they really think they will do better elsewhere? Lets face it not that many LOI players would get more money abroad.
Cant really blame the players for holding out for payment of their wages!.It`s not like they are trapped in a small remote city with no other potential football employers!:)
I `ve no doubt though that theres some sabre rattling going on and that ultimately there `ll be a deal done with a core group of about a dozen good players. I would be less optimistic that Fenlon will stay though.
I reckon that quite a few LOI players will be heading for non-league and lower reaches of Championship football in England in January where at least they will be guaranteed a wage every week.
