It's the Monaghan-Kildare games I wonder about. They'd probably get away with not playing them at all and just taking 3 points each for the season of slog ahead.

Kildare County V Limerick I counted a 103.
They can't open the stand at the moment anyway until they get the advertising boards up, but your right no one to fiill it
That would have accounted for about 30 I'd say! Plus there was a few caught up in the banjo experience judging by the crowded pubs around the town that night. I would have thought about 250 or so were there in total. I was surprised there wasn't more up from Waterford considering they're going for promotion.
Speaking to a Monaghan fan recently, that's exactly it. The social club brings the money in to keep the club going. He pretty much seemed to accept the fact that things can't improve without more people through the gates, but that they can't compete with the GAA.
Latest update. Clubs who give official figures are in bold.

Hi Pineapple Stu
Can you reveal the source of the attendances. I am currently doing a Masters and the LOI is my topic. I would like to get access to attendance figures but need 'official' sources.
Any help would be appreciated.

How many at the Pat's game in the RDS?
About 4,500 - 5,000.
Suprisingly low turnout for the Derry V Cork replay. About 1,900!
Thanks
It was only after I had posted the reply that I noticed the remark about those in bold and those clubs not.
What I really need to know is whether the official figures are easily accessible from the clubs or does it take a great dela of sniffing around.
Never denied it, Dodge!
1,047 at Galway United V Cork City. That must be our lowest crowd for a league game this year? Interestingly, it was GUFC's first home win of the season.
Onwards and er, upwards...
I thought I heard 1400 or something from the announcer?? I'm most likely wrong though:o
Credit crunch really hitting the EL now imo
1471 was the official attendance at Terryland with 30 cork fans.Great game and atmosphere as the last 4 home games have been.
was the official announcement at GUFC V Cork
Would guess about 200 at Kildare v Wexford last night.
About 600 at the RSC last night for Waterford v Athlone.
Dundalk v Longford - 1,435
2,300 at Derry V Sligo
How many went to Brandywell for Linfield game?
