No more than 1,100 in Richmond tonight. Good Drogheda contingent considering, 200+.
1,712 Derry V Galway
Well over 2,300 tickets sold though.
It says on extratime.ie that there was 1004 at the Rovers v Bohs game. I would have said 1400, maybe 1500.
Way way more than that.
The new stand was about 80% full so that would be about 1200-1300.
Then around another 3-400 in the Jinks between Rovers and Bohs fans.
And then around another 100 between the Railway End and the Shed End.
So a conservative estimate for me on the night would be 1600 but more likely around 1800.
It's on the Tonight's Latest thread that ICandy reported about 1700 at the game.
I'm not sure if we automatically include season tickets that don't show up though - someone else can confirm.
A group of fans were organising a 'leave your season ticket at home' initiative for the game which would have helped inflate the ticket sales, but I'd be very impressed if it had had that sort of impact.
You can just add ours from now til the end of the season as 5000. Thanks.
Galway and Cork 2026
That's 5595 Cork need at the remaining 5 games to fulfil TNB's master plan.
Tricky.
Limerick vs Mervue was either 264 or 45,000, I can't remember which was called out.
1,844 Derry V Dundalk.
Very good atmosphere from both sets of fans as well.
Dundalk had about 120.
Had to be 5,200+ in Tallaght.
Around 1,000 at United park. About 75 Sligo fans.
431 in Finn Park tonight.
What's capacity now?
Main stand: 3048
New Stand: c2700
5,748
Bit harsh to be turning people away with 300 empty seats?
Although I assume they were season ticket holders who didn't turn up rather than Rovers trying to start a "You only really want what you can't have" marketing campaign?
The two ends of the new stand are not open yet because it's still officially a building site and not passed by health and safety yet but they were forced to open one end last night due to serious overcrowding. Doubt the health and safety officer in SDCC was impressed :D
623 for our game against UCD
More or less the same as the first home game?
I have my doubts over that. Was thinking 400 or so myself. A lot more space at the end than the previous time.
i would say about 800 in Ferrycarrig Park last night with a very good crowd from Waterford
Wasn't 150 Rovers fans last night. Closer to 75 IMO. I'd say under 1000 there last night.
How many of these actually paid in?
How many were guests or on freebies?
How many did UCD bring?
How many bodies are calculated for every family ticket sold?
Any time I've gone there, I buy a family ticket for just myself and the missus - the ticket collector never notes how many go in on each ticket.
Athlone Town vs Kildare County Official Attendance 371
Hey folks, lay off fingal. Why is everyone so bloody jealous of them? They are a new club and sure you have to start somewhere and build which they seem to be doing pretty well. Just because they have a few good sponsors to get them off the ground... i for one hope they win the league and move into the premier. Every club bar one in the premier is in the ****, we need fingal to progress rather than falll away as i believe they are building a good model for other clubs.
