Galway United vs Bohemian FC - 1,324
Finn Harps - Cobh Ramblers (22 August)
My savant abilities allowed me to approximate the attendance to 893. But here's the thing, at the start of the second half, there was more like 1247. Ok, the originally published 8pm kick-off was totally disregarded in favour of a 7.45pm TG4 kick-off. But, I mean, where were the 354 other mucks for the first half? Does Croker Syndrome happen anywhere else in the league?
p.s...in fairness, a huge portion of late arrivals generally seem to be pre-pubescent children...what was it Alan Hansen said that time....?
"Stay on your own side!, Garry Glitter has just arrived at Heathrow!"
Otherwise it's a good crowd for the actual fixture.....hope your beat Derry City again (don't tell me mates).
I don't have an Official attendance figure for UCD v. Derry City but complaints during the UCD Bowl planning application about noisy LoI supporters were justified.
CCFC V Bray 3795 official attendance
Pats v Rovers anymore, the shed and half the carmac was closed
Nope, you`re a bit out here smorgan, 2 days after the game approx 2,000 was also reported on www.dundalkfc.com - usually i would go along with under estimates, but this was a game where thjere was clearly a large crowd up. stand holds 1,300, 3/4 full (= over 900) and at least 3 or 4 hundred over the ground, as for the shed this had almost 1,00 packed in. take a look at the video on dfctv there is also a large amount on the away terrace and outside the bar
Stu - its your call but i think 1,700 is not an accurate figure hence above breakdown
Athlone Town vs Limerick 37 official attendance 146
I wonder if we're getting close to a time when NOBODY will turn up for a game. A possible fixture next year - UCD v Kildare in the First division - could go close. Look out for it. Could be some kind of record, anyway.
I'll go with what's on the official website; I know it's not an accurate figure, but I'd hope it's a vaguely reliable source (!), and it's the figure I've been using all the way through with minimal complaints, so I'll keep with that for consistency. People will complain it's not official or is not questionable, but that's why we're highlighting clubs with official figures.
UCD v Kildare last time out got about 250-300, incidentally.
I think 828 was the crowd for Shels-Longford.
I didn't think all season tickets sold at the start of the season are counted in every game.
The season tickets are scanned on entry the same as ordinary tickets are so the announced attendance should be the actual number of bodies at the game, no matter what kind of ticket was used to get in.
1,800 or so at Drogs v Rovers
And I'd say there wasn't much more than 1,000 at last nights Bohs v Drogs game :(
Latest update. Clubs who give official figures are in bold.

Recent games missing -
Bohs v Drogheda
Harps v Cobh
Pat's v Sligo
UCD v Derry
Kildare v Sporting Fingal
Official Attendance: 471 at Limerick V Dundalk
Another big crowd for the Derry - Harps game tonight, around 6000 but maybe the Derry fans will give a better idea.
Fantastic atmosphere too.
attendance Wexford v Athlone 611
Would guess 1000 at Morton last night. Perhaps a little less.
Sorry we couldn't offer you a more entertaining match. Our lads looked tired from their exploits earlier in the week. I was going to use the phrase 'cup hangover' but sure our lads are only children and don't take a jar (ha!).
Some good slick passing from Athlone. We always feel that our league position doesn't reflect our abilities and I think the same can be said about Athlone on that performance
Fingal called out 1261 at their game last night.
I'd not have put it over 1000.
Not sure how they come up with the figures ?
You think ?
Spoke with a few others too that would have put the crowd under 1000. Last time we were there the crowd figures didn't add up with the official number either in my opinion.
They sell a family pass for a price that's less than two adults. I imagine when two adults buy one of those tickets it goes in as 4 people ?
3,100 seats at the Brandywell.
I would say about 3,700 there last night. Has to be the worst ever Harps attendance there in years, Understandable though I supose.
Any thoughts on the crowd at Tolka last night? Would have guessed around 1200 with around 100 Cork.
Should have been a big game for Rovers? What happened to their Support?
Certainly not 6000 at Brandywell last night, I'd have put it at 4000.
Of course I didn't take pictures!
I've been at a load of games in my time and know what a crowd of 1261 looks like. I didn't think there were that many there last night but could be wrong. If I am wrong then so are the others who I've talked to.
But no big deal, it doesn't really matter I suppose.
No offence. but i think ill stick with the official attendance announced. Sporting have been honest with their attendances all season. When we got some really low attendances they where given. There was no attempt to announce the attendances higher than they where.
