Pity they didn't lob a few more up to him, they might have got two more to earn a draw, both home and away.........Quote:

anyone see show boat on soccer am , i missed it apparently jp kissock was on it any one know for sure . ( last weekend s show he has been on a few times in the past )
The thread had slipped a page so I thought I'd get it up to where it belongs again.;)
On a more sombre note, I'd like to mention that today is the 17th anniversary of one of football's greatest tragedies at Hillsborough. 96 innocent fans left home on a sweltering afternoon to see what they hoped would be a victory for Liverpool over Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup semi-final. Those 96 people never returned home.
My prayers are with those 96 fans and their families on this day and let's hope justice will eventually prevail.

That still sticks with me , there was a lovely memorial at goodison this week dont think the city can ever get over it .
reminds people again of reasons not to buy the sun after there reporting in the following days , pitty more people dont snub the paper in the same way liverpool and everton fans do .
i know the two clubs have a friendly rivalry ,but im glad to see them sticking together on the stuff that really matters .
we have to look after our little brother no matter how annoying he becomes ;)
I was in Goodison on Saturday and they did not have a minutes silence. Any one know why this was.
What have Tranmere Rovers got to do with it? :confused:Quote:

There was one or two on the verge of first team/squad, while a few more others were younger. What of the former two, where are these brilliant players.
anthony Gerrard was let go due to a"personal problem" .peter clarke was also left go not sure why as he was quite talented
Hopkins is in the reserve team playing tonight .
JP Kissock (liverpool young sports personality of the year) has just turn 16 and can now be signed up to play in the prem league , he is a resserve team regular playing tonight .
ian turner and victor anichbe have all gotten first team football this term .
bjarni Vidarsson is a ressie regular and now icelandic international aswell .
scott Phelan made his england under 18 debut this week scoring the winner in a 2-1 win after only 11 mins on the pitch .
Lee molyneux is progressing well at left back ,and Mark huges is still captaining the side .
with the expected signing of scot spencer the 16 year old wonder kid from oldam for 1/4 mill this week we have a very good bunch of under 18's . of which turner ,Vidarsson, Anichbe,Kissock should start appearing in the first team squad next year . if 5 or 6 from moyes's youth programe come through it will do very nicely indeed .
Maybe we will see some of these players next week when Bohs and Everton meet in Dalymount ?

Get In You Mighty Fcukin Reds!!!!!!
Let's hope the game against steau goes all the way to penos tonight and it should affect them for saturday. Six points from the remaining two games could secure a top half finish which would represent a tremendous turnaround considering the position moyes' men were in before xmas.
And of course best wishes to Tony Hibbert who has undergone a hernia operation. If you're reading this- Get well soon Hibbo!

I have a post quoting you alot where liverpool and Rafa get a "mypost lashing" from THIS season post #1227 to be exact....... You are singing liverpool praises in the Chelsea Liverpool thread at the moment. A plate of humble pie would go down nicely i reckon!!!:p ;)Quote:

As for you, you're just trolling.
how many matches since beattie scored?
EVerton 1986 take on Liverpool 1986 in aid of the Marina Dalglish Breast Cancer charity tomorrow afternoon at Anfield at 2.p.m. and it will be shown on Sky One. Apparently all those involved in the 1986 FA Cup Final are available to play on the day.
I've been up in Finn Park, so maybe someone could fill me in on updates on these:Quote:

The improvements in results were always going to be there, just you refused to see it. You'd have preferred to have the manager sacked, the board sacked, Crouch sold, Owen bought back for double the cost, Kewell sold, Garcia sold than wait for the inevitable results to come. We've been talking about the improvements all year, you can only/want to only see it now that Liverpool are coasting into third.Quote:
I asked for improvements in results.
As I've said before, it's easy to see the likes of Zidane being a good player when he produces the results, the real trick is to see it before he becomes a big star. That's where it requires an understanding of football, rather than statistics.. ;)
eh no you wanted benitez out and were the ONLY one who refused to see how liverpool have improved under himQuote:

Don't know how you make out that Plastic! We're three very different people- believe you me! ;)

However, if your contention is based on the belief that we are three spiritual beings in the one body, then I'm happy to accept such an analogy.:D
