No question at all. As I said earlier there was actually 1,600 or so at it but Fingal brought -300 so the star had to go with that 1,300 figure

very mental considering their tickets should've been secured by their season ticket, no?
Sure was, I can barely stand today!! Tickets weren't guaranteed as 250 people/barstoolers bought the €100 ticket deal, capacity is also limited with media/away juve fans. We have close to 3,000 ST's, with each buying 2 (limited to) and say 5,000 tickets on sale.... do the math! Cant wait now!!
Didn'#t realise you had a €100 ticket deal buller
That €100 ticket was a great idea!
Fair play.
I think we slipped up on that a few years ago when we had our six game run in Europe.
Not to mention not many would've paid €100 to see the teams you played. PSG aren't Juventus...
Good crowd at the Villareal game, my guess would be 3,500
In the carlisle?! Must have been packed!! Did you make much off it?
Yeah the €100 deal was a bit of marketing genius by the board. It ensured the real fans didnt get ripped off, while at the same time making money and giving a ST to the day trippers so they'll possibly come back. It's a pitty we didn't get permission off UEFA for the extra seats but what can ya do...
Do Rovers get a share of the gate reciepts for the away leg ?
Between 300 and 500 at this game according to a couple of posts on btid. Wasn't there myself and haven't heard an official figure.
I was thinking 400 for the game against Longford
Averages after round 23. Official figures in bold. Club averages in bold means more than half of their figures are official.
Was away the last while, so if I've missed anything, let me know. Will go and check extratime for some of the official figures too.

Bray v. Bohs was around 1200 I'd say.
id say about 200-250 at the Mons Cork City game
UCD U20 - Shamrock Rovers U20, 70+
Thanks; updated. Have put Bray v Bohs in as 1100 as the lower of the estimates, but at least Bray Head has confirmed (as much as he can!) that it's in and around that mark.
Athlone Town vs Waterford official 155
Will get the Athlone v Wexford one when get back to club office
Nobody from the Drogs wants to put up the attendance for last weeks games and who can blame them????
"Just over 1750" at Harps Derry. 850 on away side. That's official.
I was looking at their avg est on this at just under 1,000 and was thinking that cant be right. I know a few who go to their home games and they said crowds are no where near this. Last night v Bray should be interesting.
Overall and across the league crowds appear to be on the slide, or is this just a blip during August ?
I know our crowds are well down from the 2,500 series one avg. Hopefully the less congested fixture list and a upturn in form can see us improve on this for the remainder of the season.
Extratime reckons:
307 for UCD/Galway
411 for Wexford/Longford
606 for Shels/Limerick
400 for Drogheda/Bray
2800 for Bohs/Pats
Good crowd in Dalymount if thats true.
2,800 was the official attendance at Dalymount last night, good but 1,000 and a bit less than Bohs v Villa :(
Must be getting cheap flights from Birmingham ;) Lazy lazy Pat's fans :p
maybe 200 in Salthill tonight. Mostly City fans at that
Would say 200 is a slight over-estimate, 150 tops methinks. Also, no idea how Salthill get away with using that as a home venue, it's ridiculous... just a field!
And one small cubicle in the entire ground.. heaven forbid more than a hundred or two showed up at a game.
Surely in breach of licensing criteria.
About 2000 for the game against Dundalk.
twas announced as 1492 at sporting fingal v shamrock rovers.....
as a fingal fan id say that mayb a slight overestimate dependiing on how many rovers fans there were.....
The high figure is down to the fact Rovers brought plenty of away support. Disappointing turnout from the home support though. Hopefully it will improve again when we get back to fridays. Not having won a game at home since may doesnt help either I suppose.
about 50 Fingal fans I'd say....
Post of the month :)
