The soundtrack comes secondary to the visual impact. In fact, I cant even remember what the soundtrack for this movie was like...the play with lights, texture, focus, angles...I could go on forever :DQuote:

Just a fantastic film. Its very rare these days to have real depth to every character or to be able to have empathy for the characters. Quirky little tale, but really hooks you without resorting to clichés.

Watched the Assassination of Jesse James - pretty good.
Notwithstanding his alleged good looks, Brad Pitt can act - he is excellent in this - he has a menace and understated darkness that prevades.
The scene stealer however is Nick Cave - top drawer
Thought the scenestealer for me was Sam Rockwell who I thought was fantastic in it , obviously Affleck and Pitt were very good tooQuote:

Most reviewers on Rotten Tomatoes gave it a great review altough a couple felt it tried too hard.Personallly though while its no classic, its def worth watching.
yeah I watched it on DVD a few weeks ago. Very good movie, some nice twists and a solid 7 out of 10 for me. Hoffman and Hawke are both excellent.Quote:
