Yeah I'm sure we'd all love to envisage a day when our clubs can host every round in Europe in our own ground. Dundalk have a good recent record in tallaght, but of course nothing can compare to playing it in oriel. We will also have this problem should we progress.Quote:

Half the Dundalk squad live in the town, while the rest live in Dublin.
I'd say the Dundalk based players were on the bus while the Dublin based players made their own way to Tallaght. The entire squad trained in Taillight and then went to a hotel in Dublin where they will stay tonight.
yeah thats what I thought was the case. Might go along tomorrow and buy a ticket at the gate hopefully dundalk can get it done and go through big ask though

Game on alright. Unfortunately Bate look well capable of upping it and scoring. Mixed feelings to be honest. On the one hand it would be great for an Irish team to take such a scalp, on the other hand I believe Dundalk stand to get 5 million for getting through. That could make them untouchable domestically.
I don't think you have to worry on that front.
Its started slow which should suit Dundalk and reserve some energy.
If they could get at one of these lads and get him sent off they could do it.
