I was just talking about the Premier. I don't look at first division.
I suppose we have a smaller Premier division which will bring numbers down...

Yeah, the Premier may show an increase - though I haven't run the numbers - because UCD, Cobh and Harps (3 small crowds) were replaced by Dundalk, who've had big numbers so far. It's a bad comparison though. Overall figures are down - and down by a lot.
Derry V Galway 2,840
Derry V Sligo 2,610
Was having net problems and couldn't be bothered to use someone else's PC.
Cork City - Galway United 2,456 official attendance.
Derry V Dundalk 2,850
A very large Dundalk support, about 300+ who all enjoyed there trip.
Thanks CS, we look forward to extending a similar warm welcome to you boys during the summer, heard dcfc fans looked after our lads very well pre match - top class.
I'd guess that the premier average will be up this year: Rovers are in Tallaght and will get decent crowds for the first season in memory, Dundalk are up. In fact, every team in the premier - perhaps with the exception of Bray - is capable of getting 2k+ regularly: most importantly, UCD are down.......
Limerick V Waterford official attendance: 1,058
I'd hazard a guess at 1,750 for Bohs-Bray tonight. 150ish Bray fans.
Why the sudden rise? I presume Waterford didn't bring a huge crowd with them!
any time we get a decent crowd we **** it up  every adult is entitled to bring in an under 12 for free on a normal week, so this week our cpo reversed the idea of every free child brings a paying adult. handed out a load of freebies in schools and hea presto. if only we had a facility worth bringing them too. On a lighter note the atmostphere in the shed was electric.
two nil down (dubious pen and a blatent offside) plus we were cak, singling the whole way tru.
Would have a guess at 3000 at the Brandywell tonight.
