I'd like to see Dundalk do well. Can only inspire the rest of us to up our games.

BATE were poor last week. Hopefully it wasn't just an off-day and Dundalk can give them a good run for their money with a home crowd behind them tonight. A goal will do it. Best of luck!

Best of luck Dundalk tonight. It'd be a proud occasion for the League of Ireland as a whole (don't care what anyone else says) if they reached the group stages of the Champions League, and they have a great chance of doing so if they can get through this game tonight.
Will be cheering them on, as I do for all our clubs in Europe, from in front of the television tonight. I know of a few Harps fans that were looking for tickets for the game, unlikely to have got them though.

Changes are Finn for Shields, Meenan for Mountney. They are attacking changes, looks like they will be trying to score goals tonight and perhaps sit on the lead for the 2nd half if things happen accordingly.

There is plenty of business being generated round the town. Pubs are really busy, and plenty queuing in Tesco with beers and snacks for home. Limited capacity is causing those without tickets spreading the spoils around a bit. Just dont let there be a huge anti climax after all the hype. It is a pivotal time where a win could kick us on to a new level of support from the town with the possibility of indifferent Dundalk folk and businesses taking some notice.
My nerves are ust shredded to bits over the last few days! Its nice to know it is not just Dundalk fans that are getting some buzz from all this. A hat-trick of wins for all our sides in Europe this week please!!!Quote:

4 Dundalk players went after the man on their last attack and left Rodinov on his own in the middle. Concentrations levels not what is needed so far.
Absolutely no need for George "Danger Here" Hamilton to be whipping out his infamous phrase there! Jesus, I had my heart in my mouth as soon as he said it before the BATE player stuck his boot to it.

Doing ok so far Dundalk but Bate look dangerous on the counter hard one to predict at this point.
Still 0-0 in Hungary with 25 to go btw. So Videoton 1-0 up on aggregate against TNS - doesn't really give anything to fear if they do go through. To either BATE or Dundalk.
