You'd never get away with that in the Irish League. Never mind the League regulations, the local Council H&S officials are ridiculously strict, limiting capacities to far below what is reasonable or necessary.
As for UCD, surely it would only take someone eg to slip over on a grass bank and break his ankle after an unexpected shower of rain, for a big, fat compensation claim to follow?
So that if grass-standing should actually be contrary to LOI regulations, it wouldn't just be the claimant who lacked a leg to stand on!
You make some really good & pertinent points in your posts but ruin the whole fkn jelly by sticking in a low blow stupid and totally unnecessary political dig.. I'm here for football/soccer/LoI crap talk and memes.the owner here has kindly provided a sub forum for political shi+ talk for those who are interested.
We get politics and all the baggage that goes with it 24/7/ on msm, leave us with a space away from it .....please.
I was simply replying to calcio - occasionally I must hit the nail on the head and I wonder if it were FF/FG that got the brunt of it would it have cause such ire?
just so there is no mistake -

Your slightly sensitive replies outnumber my original post, but as there is the mood for back seat modding I shall take it that Neish's comment on inept and self serving government in another thread, you will also take to task?!
Derry-Dundalk sold out. (3.7k minus ??)
Any chance we could move the Blueshirt waffle to another thread or, you know, the Rubbish forum? This post too ideally.
Galway United v Athlone: 1248
About 500-600 in Finn park tonight. About 80 Dundalk fans which was good on a Monday night.
I’d have Pats Shels down as an estimate of 4,000 on Friday.
Pats Bohs as a bit less, maybe 3,900ish. Slightly smaller pats crowd tonight compared to Friday but Bohs brought a slightly bigger away crowd too compared to Shels, neither of which sold out the away end
Sligo- Derry: 1,973
3,473 at Pats vs Bohs as per the42.ie match report.
No figure for the Shels game that I can see anywhere but basing it off the figure for the Bohs crowd there was probably around 3,800 at the Shels game.
Disappointing to be below 4,000 for both.
I have two mates from the local coming to home games regular this season. They would only do Fridays , I’d say a fair few fans operate like that. I was happy enough with the attendance last night, Bohs brought a very good away turn out for a Monday which helped.
