We're looking good so far. Well-organised and controlling the ball well. O'Dea is a bit of worry though.
Our back four look very comfortable. Some nice one touch stuff by us in the last 20mins or so. Commentary here in the States wants to make me puke though. Has to be a Sky commentator.
McCaffrey in Givens out;).
I love the way 1 of the three wise men are one of the pundits for an U21 game involving Ireland - only in Ireland would this happen, it's great to know his mind is firmly on the Irish managerial appointmennt.
BTW very impressed with the side tonight, Stokes is giving his all, and I can't really single out one player because they're all playing ver well.
I would single out Randolph as having a perfect first half.

Geysir i just txtd stuts asking did they respect the anthem that goods to know
OOOOH Andy Keehoe
Great chance on the break for Keogh.
Poor finish. He telegraphed it.
go to the link i sent, perfect full picture with perfect qalit.
keogh that was a sin, i thought he was really quick too, i just knew you werent going to score. terrible.
jj and ohalloran look the best on the ball.we werevery lucky there....
1-0 England
Drat.
commentators curse...
though i was about to follow up with englnd are going to score, why were they giving the so much time on the ball?!
Ireland didn't really deserve to go 1-0 down to be honest. It took some Milner magic to make things happen for England.
By the way, Walcott is a disaster.
just started watching the game...why are the crowd booing quinn??
It was lack a daysical by O'Halloran, a John O'Shea sense of conviction about sticking out his boot.
English goal was on the cards and the Irish should have been trying to keep the game tighter.
@£$% 2-0
Randolph had no chance with that one either.
2-0 Milner
Quinn booed for a bad tackle.
argh that was a good goal..:(
Very frustrating for Ireland, I thought they out-played England in the first half. Garvan was especially magnificent in the middle of the park for the first half.
great signing for pats alright neil, but was it a great signing for ocearuill?!
never offside!
am i missing something re: garvan? i havent heard his name once since i started watching?!?! otoole fair enough but thats it!
jees lennon and walcott looked like midgets compared to huddlestone there....
where did they get the lino?
Walcott scores.
He was still rubbish tonight though.
3-0
Can see another for England here. Ireland pretty muched packed it in after the first goal.
I dont think so I think after the second it got a bit rope but even then we should have had a goal as Keogh was not offside. Once again a good performance against England and we are losing 3-0, I thought lightening does not strike twice.
Garvan Quinn and O Toole were excellent just to be let down by Stokes and Clare in my view.
O Ceirruil will look the business in the EL I think as he has great pace and good reading of the game. I like the look of O'Dea everytime I see him.
Hopefully the ref will blow the whistle soon, we've been well beaten in the second half and I don't want to see the lads embarassed.
i reckon we should have stuck more to our shape. We looked like we could nick a goal before they scored and we wouldnt be so vulnerable at the back
ya pats look like they are really getting their act together off and on the field. So tony hope yer right, if nothing else kerr is certainly ambitious.
It does, I saw this program on sky once about this woman who had been struck 2 or 3 times after a tornado.Quote:
I thought lightening does not strike twice
terrible ball by garvan, thats the only time ive heard his name mentioned in 60 mins...
Paul, you should not rely on the commentators to tell you who is playing well and who is not, your eyes should do it for you. Also if you are watching it on Sky they are raving about him and saying he was a contendor for man of the match so maybe you should get your ears check out too.
paul you're not watching the same game, the sky commentators said he 'could be Irelands MoM'!
