I can't see how could get that figure, would need half the St Annes to be full to get that. Looked like 2500-3000 on tv. I'd say 2500 if had to pick a number.Quote:

What's the capacity in TC now without the shed?
approx 1050-1100 at the RSC v UCD. About 50 on the far side, 100 on the bank beside the stand with another 950 in the main stand.
5500 is the official capacity but if there is a big demand for the game, a lot more will be left in!Quote:

I was opposite the main stand - the far left block was in fact almost empty - only about 20 people in it (probably holds 130). The second block (probably holds 400-ish) was just over half-full, so another 170 empty seats there. There were a fair few empty seats down the front of the other three sections, which I'd say the people standing around (50 on each side of the ground) would have filled. So 1200-110-170=920.Quote:

100 standing. 900+100=1000. Take a few off for conservatism, and we agree.Quote:

Decent crowd for Division 1, not a bad game either.
It's hard to know but I'd say maybe 100-120, including at least 20 Mons fans and Pat Scully.Quote:

It was that other Western club, you know, the dislikeable franchise one :pQuote:

Heard 500-600 for Dublin City-Drogheda last Friday.
dont know what the attendance was for the Longford Sligo game last night but at least 1/3 of it was Sligo fans.
That's the away fans' block!! If there were 20 people there, I presume they were locals who sat there because it was empty.Quote:

Around 2,000 at Drogs v Cork in the league
I always wondered what crowds like at 02 Park but had nothing to judge against. Looked like maybe 300 less at Setanta Cup last night.Quote:

Yeah between 300 and 500 less I would have said. Capacity of the ground is closer to 5,000 I think. With the bigger than normal steps on the terrace it can be hard to judge sometimes.
Official attendance 1421.Quote:

Nowhere near 2,000. Would have said a max of 1,700. The main stand holds 1,550 and had at least 300 empty seats, probably more, and the stand the far side holds 850 and could not have had more than 200 in it. Didn't look like too many standing either.Quote:

The game itself wasnt bad but experience won the day for ye Rossitor and Fortune were the diff. Dundalk need two new central defenders, they are shocking and we said it to some disgruntelled dundalk fans at half time. They told us where to go, ten mins into the second half....:) those keystone defenders do it again...and two of the back four were subbed. Your new stadium looks class and is well located, the birds around town wern't bad either ;)Quote:
