sligo if they go up should try and get andy myler from longford.Hes not getting his game with them at all.Hes a quality player who will guarantee you goals.Dont know why matthews isnt playing him ? Hes a proven goal scorer.
He's pushing on a bit now though, what age is he now?:confused:Quote:

Apparently, more of our playes are on two-year contracts this year and we're quite happy not to let any of our top players go, and the players are apparently happy not to go too (especially now that we're safe)Quote:

Looks like Barry will end up at Bohs although a reliable source told me that Shels could be on the cards.
Looks like Prunty will go aswell which is a shame.Matthews and Seanie don't talk.
I can also see Myler,Keego,Cronin,Davy Byrne,Gough & possibly Dessie Baker making the exit from Flancare.
I'm so glad a Derry fan said that and not a City fan....:D :DQuote:

He is, as far as I know. If we can just get an U-21 cap out of him - should have had one by now, but Mr Givens had other ideas:rolleyes: - we'll make a fortune out of him when he does move on. Or else we'll have him for the next four seasons, so we're onto a winner either way!:)Quote:

You would think that with the big clear out at Longford and their underachievements this year that they would need to strengthen in certain areas so Kenna would be suitable.
I am a big admirer of Quigley but i don't know if he's letting all the fuss of U21 caps and UK clubs get to his head, i really hope he doesnt as he's done well for us this year. He has had a few blips of late.
I've heard from a reliable Source
That Bohs will be signing Deco O'Brien and Jason Mcguinness a the end of the season
ah, the jason mcguinness rumour is dusted off yet again. how many times has this one done the rounds?
you are right this time though, and we are paying the ****s wages and physio bills so he can **** off to the dark side and watch his career slide into obscurity like o'brien, keddy and grunt.
its actually quite amusing.
Keep dreaming :DQuote:

ilovejam, your getting a bit hot under the collar here. I am merely just stating things that i hear. The people i have heard these rumours from don't necessarily post on this forum so thats why i am the only one stating these rumours.
I do not have a problem with any of the players on the team, i still believe Quigley is 1 of the best keeper's in the league if not the best, i am just worried about his form of late. Since he has been included in the U21'S he has made a couple of mistakes which i believe have been overlooked by some people. He is capable of doin very well for the college (which he has been doing) and for a club in the UK if he decides to move on. I just hope he hasn't been taking his eye off the ball! Do you like the pun!!!!! :)
Cosmo It's a done deal I'm Sorry to say
I worked with Deco a while ago and remember him saying that if any dublin club came in for him he'd be gone in a heartbeat ......he never really took drogheda seriously
Don't agree, Players are more professional than that, all he did was sit on the bench, nothing to get carried away with.Quote:

Anyway getting way of the topic of transfer rumours.
You did ask me the questions so i answered as best as i could!!!
Heard from Jason McGuinness that he'll be signing for Bohs at the end of the season.Quote:
