Absolutely, looked like we took the chances we were missing last year. I do wonder how we lined up? I assume Clarke was the striker but outside of that it's a bit of a mystery

Dundalk 3 up here in Oriel V Malahide, Horgan, Ebe and Dervin with the goals
All Dundalk but they have been very poor
Great crowd in Oriel too for a Leinster Senior Cup game, must be close to 1000 here
Very dramatic game at Mounthawk Park - Kerry take a 2-0 HT lead, Cobh fight back to go ahead 3-2, before Oran Crowe notches a late equaliser at the death to force extra-time!
Finishes 4-3 to Cobh, who score in the last minute of extra time.
Pretty jealous of these Muster and Leinster (semi)competitive games in January. I'd love if they tried to sort something out in Connaught.
Treaty beat Temple United 2-1. Not a great game but a good crowd out in Ballingarry, reported as 320.
We put a strong enough side out. It’s great to be back. A two nil win with goals from Power & Keena in the Red Cow V Inchicore Athletic. A decent enough turnout of around 400-500.
Incredible amount of rustiness on display with the finishing, 3 open goals and the woodwork hit twice among an absolute hatful of missed chances. To be expected though with it being the first game of pre-season, I’d be more worried if they were creating nothing. Keena's goal was lovely
The Leinster Senior Cup seems to have a better preseason tournament format with 11 LoI clubs and 5 non LoI clubs in 4 groups of 4.
If Munster were to take some influence from that format - 5 LoI clubs and 3 non LoI clubs in 2 groups of 4 might be a more suitable preseason format.
We won 5-0 in Athlone. Hakiki looked very good.
Interestingly, as well as Treaty travelling to Tralee on Friday, Cobh are hosting Killarney Celtic on the same day.
Dundalk were beaten 2-1 at home to Usher Celtic in the Leinster Senior Cup last night
Was at the game, lots of work for kilduff to do, i'd have big questions over a couple of his signings.
Rovers 2 Derry 3 this afternoon. Elding with both of our goals.
Bohs won 4-1 V UCD in the Leinster Senior Cup. Could've scored a couple more as they missed a penalty and Clarke put one over the bar from the centre of the box. Good result against a team with some recognisable names in UCD. I do worry that we haven't seen Whelan line out yet but hopefully it's a case of managing his workload in preseason so he's ready for the first game.
Cobh Ramblers 1 v Irish Defence Forces 0
3-3 between Pat's and Athlone this evening. A hat-trick for Brandon Kavanagh with each goal getting pegged back by Athlone varying from a penalty to apparently becoming possessed by Pep's Barcelona for their opener.
A particularly worryingly bad looking injury for Forrester in the dying moments of the game unfortunately. Hopefully not as bad as it appears.
Kerry 2-3 Treaty United
2-2 against Galway in Westport today. Cian Kavanagh with both for us and Sean Kerrigan (liams brother) and Stephen Walsh for Galway. We won a pretty pointless shootout.
Thank God he is gone Derry City anyway, listening to the Derry commentators saying his name was like watching a cow trying to birth a sideways calf, its phonetically unrenderable for me but it was something like Kuhyean Kuhyaveinaw.
Kerry are taking on Shamrock Rovers on Saturday in a pre-season friendly. "Dublin venue" is mentioned. Is that likely to be Rovers academy ground?
At least Garrett Kelleher put his hand in his pocket for Pats' pre season trip to Spain, Galway seem to have milked it off a hospital ;)

Cork beat Motherwell 2-1 over in Scotland yesterday. That club just cannot handle LOI opposition! ;)
It finished 1-1 against Vancouver in Marbella. We scored in the first half with a lovely cross from Axel sjoberg to Aidan Kenna. We gave away a peno in the 90th minute. We have another game against Molde the weekend.
Galway beat Spanish 4th tier side Juventud Torremolinos 3-0 in Spain today
It was a decent watch for a friendly I thought. The technical quality on display from both teams was absolute lightyears ahead of what’s been seen so far in the games against Inchicore, Bray and Athlone, although that’s probably to be expected with increased match sharpness in the pats team as the minutes have gone up, as well as playing a side with the likes of ex Sporting Lisbon Ryan Gauld and ex Southampton Stuart Armstrong in their team, on a pristine pitch in Spanish weather. Makes some change to playing an LSL side on a glorified bog of a surface the weekend before last! There’s genuinely a benefit to both in terms of getting ready for the season though, good to have a mix of standard/style of opponents and pitches
Derry beat Institute 5-0 last night.
Enjoyable game, even if Stute were poor. Duffy had a couple of goals, and Benson looked very sharp.
Ballymena up next on Friday.
