Heard last night that joyce hasn't signed for ballingarry, I think granagh will stay up, think ballysteen could have a good say in the league in division 1, also will be interesting to see how good ballingarry are on sunday against abbeyfeale with all the players they are suppose to have, Rathkeale I no they have lost ahern but lyons and Doherty are serious players and will only make them stronger and I think they will win the league.

Is there any truth in the rumours that Ballingarry are paying there players this season? Heard that from a few sources and also heard that a few have been employed in stryker inside in Raheen?
Heard both stories from a few different sources...I hope it's not true as it would be sad to see Ballingarry turning the desmond league into that kind of league!
Heard that's true. Heard Mike Ahern is lashing out the medical cards to everyone that signs too.
Yeah they are trying to buy the league I hear, which is terrible, from a team that struggled last year to draw those players, there has to be something going on, in the long run it will do more harm than good,

Exactly a club fighting for relegation for the last 2 years, and he is now with ballingary, and also George daffy who was in town for the last few seasons, they have to be playing players, I was lead to believe you can use 5 subs tis year, but met a referee last night and they were not informed about it, he said 3 is what they will be allowing,

Had basically the same team as last year I think. Only knew tony quaid and aaron smith who joined this year. Poor enough game. Pa Kenrick pulling off two super saves and Quaid having a great strike saved in the first ten minutes.Other then that it wasnt great
What happened to Newcastle West Bs? They won Division 3 and Knockaderry seem to be in their place in Div 2 this year.

They've had two pretty easy games!!
Were some of Ballingarry's players on shift in Stryker over the weekend that they only won 3-2? Or are Granagh a decent outfit?
Rathkeale led 3-0 at half time as well as having a penalty saved. Went 4-0 up before being awarded a second penalty which again was saved but they scored from the rebound. Overall a comfortable win for the defending champsQuote:

I heard granagh went up 2 nil and missed a peno to go up 3, think Dore scored 2 goals, I think granagh could do ok this year as far as ballingary with all there knew players they were just average,have rovers got a lot of there players back again?
Who were all the new players, other than Tony it looked like pretty much the same team as last year as Fanaticfan previously said. It was 1 nil when they missed the pen as well. I agree Granagh will do okay and are a lot better than people giving them credit for.
Rovers have AJ O Connor I heard but don't know anyone else other than that.
