Very early to make a prediction like that..mungret have beaten Kilmallock already and a 10 man shannon town team drew 1-1 with mungret and apparently mungret equalised late on. Remember Kilmallock were everyone's favourites last year as well. .its going to be tighter this year ( in my opinion)

Kilmallock had the best squad last year and played the best football by a mile and they didn't go up so you could argue how come they didn't go up last time around?

Kilmallock had the best squad? Not consistently they didn't. They have hurlers playing for them who aren't always available. I've seen Wembley, Mungret and Shannon Town. Wembley are on a different level to the other teams in this division and WILL get promoted. I wasn't impressed with Shannon Town at all. Mungret have a fine side

Think ST will still have a good chance of promotion. Have Wembley improved their squad from last year ? or is the gulf got even bigger between 1A and Prem seeing as Wembley only got one point last year.

It could be anybody after Kilmallock? Even Caherconlish who narrowly avoided relegation last season??? I don't think so man. I agree with you about Kilmallock obviously but Wembley have a very strong squad and should be challenging Kilmallock for the league.

Who's in charge at Granville this season lads?

I heard that wembley got walkover from charleville. 2nd hand info so not 100% certain.

Last I heard was Declan Considine was manager of Granville

there are times when people need to take step back and have a bit of compassion so well done charleville who in the face of this sad time did their bit, however as per usual the LDMC fix sec has not seen fit to do his,then again are we surprised....disgraceful.

Ya disgraceful carry on. Not one decent person would have argued with the game being postponed, even at late notice given the circumstances.

He is not the Manager of Granville if its the same guy im thinking.He is doing some training ok with them.Alan Barry and Jason Travis are also signed with Wembley for the person who was asking are they stronger.Should be there or there abouts with that squad.They got tough draws in FAI and MJ.Pike and Boro.That's if they overcome Kennedy Park in MJ.

caherconlish 3 kilmallock 2,super result for the home team who more than matched kilmallock all through and got winner near the end.lish could well be in the mix if they keep todays form going.

Ya I think that's a general rule .. but with the fact that someone came on pitch god knows what league will do.. could easily be another ref strike if not dealt with properly..
A very bad 3 pts dropped for shannon though..

Surely cappamore cant be givin a win. Because their subs got the game abandoned Shannon town didn't have time to equalise. Has this ever happened before and if so what was the outcome?

think the club is responsible for its supporters also....

they can hardly be awarded the points otherwise it would be the way to guarantee points when leading......crazy rule if that is true, but then again would I be surprised

if subs involved that's a more serious issue ... but have we heard the full story ?? why would subs abuse / threaten ref and refuse to leave pitch if your team was winning 2-1 with 5 mins left in game .... the problem with this and previous problems nobody knows what happens at league meeting / decision would it not make sense for league to use league website to issue a statement/notice letting everybody know outcome of meeting and their decision at least then other teams would know if cappamore or town get points or if subs involved get bans etc.
