Great result for hibs but infairness terrible result for Tulla..
I find this hard to understand. Tulla were outclassed in my opinion and were beaten well by the better team. Hibs controlled the first half and were unlucky not to have been a few more up at the half.Thought we were a bit shaky towards the end but that was to be expected with all the changes.
Played last night
Broadford United 7-3 Regional United
My reason being Tulla are premier in clare and hibs are 1a in limk ..anyway Heard Tulla were missing 7 hurlers so played a few b team lads.. Still as you say It was only a preseason game
Granville A 1-2 Star Rovers A
A super workout played at a good tempo tonight and a fine game to watch aswell. We were a match for our Premier visitors in most areas and our workrate was excellent. Both teams played some nice football in spells but in the end Star took their chances. Well done to Alan and the boys and cheers for a good test.
Best for us Kieran.
Coonagh A 4-3 Kilmaley
fairview a 5 moyross a 4
Ya Kilmaley from clare. We have played them 3 times over the last year or so in friendlies and its the strongest I have seen them in any of the games we had played. They had big numbers but not sure how many are actually signing for them cause I know a few lads playing tonight where actually from Limerick according to lads playing with us that knew them.
They took a 2-0 lead. Coonagh scored to make it 2-1 but within a few minutes Kilmaley made it 3-1. 20 minutes into the second half and Coonagh had brought it back to 3-3. Coonagh scored with the last kick of the game to make it 4-3.
Mungret 0 Wembley 2 Played last wednesday night and what i saw i still reckon Mungret will go straight back up..Very impressed with them.Very good game and a great run out for both teams.
Watched this and was impressed with both teams as they both tried to play football and not just aimless long balls. A draw would've been a fair result but a good workout played in a good spirit.
Any club looking for a friendly v a TSDL First Division team this Sunday??

Yes, but I know what Abbeyvale is saying and concur with his feelings. Behind every club there's a few truly dedicated people who work hard to ensure the club survives and does as good as possible. The commitment and amount of voluntary work they do is usually not recognised. It is demoralising for them to discover, despite all the hard work, lads who they thought were friends and committed to the club leave. One clubs gain is always another clubs loss. Some leave for good reason but most just don't have club loyalty anymore. Ah yes, I know exactly how Abbeyvale feels.
any weekend friendly results anyone?
[QUOTE=abbeyvale;1514246]I see ye've taken another Star player...............if its not ye, its the Boro taking our players.
I think will you find he wasn't Stars player in the first place since the season hasn't started yet but i do see your point but theres really nothing you can do about it
We've voodooed the hoodoo
Hasn't Kevin Barry only played with you for 1 or 2 years...so who did you take him from???stop feeling sorry for urself
Boro B 3 - Caherconlish 4,
good game of ball... very competetive.. the lish will be there or ther about imo in 1a..
1 st match together the lads played a little rusty.... we hope to have a fairly young suqad with a few experienced players to help the young guys along. like a lot of clubs at the moment...trying to tie guys down on forms but we should be back this year and hopefully be competitive.
They are in 1A because they won 1B,
Prospect/Priory A 6 Caherdavin 0, goals by Thomas Hogan, Lee summers, Danny Colbert and a hat trick from Pa Roche
Wembley 0-0 Avenue Utd
Good game played this evening, nice passing by both sides. I thought we shaded the first half with a few very good chances and wembley shaded the second without creating a whole lot. All in all a good clean game of football. Happy with that work out seeing as its our first game back. Best of luck to Wembley for the new season
St Micks 2 Fairview 4. Just been informed on score line... Anyone with the view how they lined out
Pike B 3 star A 2
