Crescent Athletic have a great squad. Ran by Lenord Forde. After signing a few young stars too. Saw their Keeper playing in the Blarney Sevens lads, a former Rockmount player i was told. Looks a great bit of stuff. Quality. Theyre a team on the up, watch out Division 1. So Build and indeed they will come.

Garys not a bad player and he could do well for marys as the msl is not THE BIG STEP UP that people say. The few years in the aul will stand to him big time and if he is gone to marys I think blarney street will struggle next season unless the have got in good replacements for the players who have gone but so far the transfer mill is very quietQuote:

Premier A just got harder to survive in but it's good to see the runners up in 1st div get a chance to get promoted(as per cork aul website)

Most of Inter City gone to a Shipping League side. Same story with the clubs struggling around the place and even with the established clubs - the lack of the volunteer. How many clubs in the league are based around half a dozen people? Who will follow this half dozen is probably more worrying? I feel sorry for the guys at the small clubs who we all know have given heart and soul over the years. They dont deserve to be there if and when their club folds. Two more I know of right on the edge - I hope they survive!
