I was only messing, as far as I know it's Seamus Jackson. Not to sure tho, is Des freaking that he'll be suspended for the start of the 1A season? Foul and abusive language, he'll be lucky if he kicks a ball before Christmas!

Irish Rail 6-1 Teachers.
We just couldn't put the ball in the net! Hit the bar, hit the post, three very close wides.
Few calls for off-side for two of the Irish Rail goals, but to be fair they deserved the win.
Same for us at GE .... we've made it through the season with a very scratch team and have had a few close games. We will more than hold our own in Div 2 next year despite not having won in Div 1 this season. But we have all enjoyed ourselves and thank all the refs and opponents and the league organisers. judging by results and seeing the teams, i reckon Stryker V An Post could be the game of the season! Pity we can't get all results on here, it would be good to see a table even in the paper. Having said that, i doubt it would make pretty reading for us!! ;-)

An post beat Analog 4 - 0 in the cup well deserved win for the postmen 4 probably a bit much but better side won on the day. If that side plays the final can't see them being beaten

Many people are saying that Inter Firm Soccer is finished. Not so its making a great come-back. This year was the best contested in years.I would highly recommend

Went up to watch the play-off to see who wins the league and to be honest i was surprised. I was thinkin it was going to be crap but it was an entertaining game with 10 man Vistakon beating An Post 3-2.
One of the lee's was sent off 5 minutes into the second half and vistakon done well to win it in the end even though they just about hung on. They fully deserved it in fairness and if they had 11 men they would of won it handy.
Yeah was a very entertaining game,better team won,roll on next year,well done Vistakon on been league champions
