Collins was sniffing around a few IL clubs last season looking to "get involved" with one of them. I think he was a bit surprised at the number of members clubs in the North and therefore takeovers were not so easy.

It would have to be approved at an AGM/EGM I'd say, the club statement said it would have to be put before the executive and the members. I'd say the meeting tonight is only the executive who as Macy says will make a recommendation.
