I thought that's what the Hoops basketball club was for. Multi-sport groundsharing, SDCC have two clubs as permanent tenants - everyone's a winner! :D Tallaght stadium might not be ideal for basketball on wet and windy days but it couldn't be any worse than playing football in the RSC...

If the stadium was finished Rovers/SDCC could rent it to all comers.

However its clear the GAA ploy is to delay the completion of the stadium as long as possible.

Going off topic a bit what is the timetable for the completion of the stadium?
Or is it all on hold due to the 6 GAA clubs row?

AFAIK it is on hold until after the judicial review is heard - proberbly not until October. That is, unless, the High Court throws it out without granting them a hearing.
