It is up to the local association to issue the Licenes for the coming season, and Uefa do spots checks, and at the moment seem very happy with the Licenses are issued.
They are very strict on fincial issues. But no one seems to know what the story is with a club that has come out of examinship/Administration.
CSKA SOfia owed money to creditors and players.
At the moment Cork should have no issues getting a UEFA License. They are debt free. Players are all paid upto date. They have decent facilities, a youth policy, they basically tick all the boxes in the manual.
The fact that they got into trouble, turned around and sorted it out and got their house in order, in a fair world, shouldn't really count against them.
