Is this Midleton's first time to win the MSL?
No dont think it is,I think they won it a few times in the late eighties early nineties
Anyone know of any clubs that are renting out a pitch next season ?
Temple United are. Just turn up an hour beforehand each week to brush the glass off.
Any news on the transfer front. I seen Dave Warren and Wayne McBride play for Leeds in a friendly during the week..... Dont know if they signed or just testing the water? Whats the predictions for Premier winners/ relegations this year??????
McBride is training with Rockmount too, and number of Knocka celtic players out with Rockmount too.
Seems like everyone is training with rock mount just don’t see the point in having 30 players training is it just so other clubs can’t have them and it’s not like they will be challenging for the league like
Took a spin out to Blarney at the weekend to watch the Derry game. Derry were class in fairness but couldn't get my head around what the Blarney management were thinking. Playing 2 up front against a professional side half way through their season and 2 center midfielders on the wrong side of 30 and unfit. Madness out of him.
very embarrassing from a blarney point of view , im sure those 2 midfielders didn't even play last year !! very strange by the manager to bring them back in considering that they were retired !! was Brian Murray not in charge a few years back when he brought in aload of cobh lads !! surprised to see hes back in charge !! big test for them Saturday night away to castleview in their 1st league game !! interesting to see can he pick them up off the floor for this huge game !!
1-0 Avondale Danny o Connell..well deserved so far
1-1 swords 24 left
2-1 swords again great goal great game
3-1 swords hat trick
Flying start for ringmahon deserved the win i felt.
some start for ringmahon alright they will be hard to stop this season i feel have gotten a few decent signings in on top of what they had and core of them are ringmahon lads which will help
Marys 6 0 up at half time could be 10
Leeds 0 v 1 Douglas Hall today, will be a very long year for Leeds look to have gone backwards from last year.
Lack of numbers I'm assuming saw Ballincollig withdraw. Surprising given the population of the area. Didn't they have a good run in the FAI Intermediate in recent seasons as well?
Did Everton lose many players over the pre season? Surprised they drew to Kinsale first game of the season. Senior league shaping up to be a tight one if the first few games are something to go off, Ringmahon played very well against Avondale. McAlavey is a cracking signing for Mahon.
Big win for leeds tonight 1 0 against an awful avondale. All is not right in that camp id imagine
Everton from what I have seen have lost most of last years squad with 5 up in Corinthians , they drew with a good carrigaline side today
Will be interesting to see how Kilworth Celtic get on this season. Won 3 in a row in WWEC League but big step up to MSL. Loads of goals in their first 3 games.
To be fair if true it’s shocking gave a lot to the club good football man too seems like the sky sports culture has set in this sacking crap
