Get that transfer form in and we'll have you playing every week... :p cant understand why he has Morris and Kelleher up front , absolutely no pace there... 2 very good players but too alike IMO .

[QUOTE=oscar;1088460]poor game
how do you mean poor game oscar.did you not see the conditions and the so called refereeing as both were scandulus.not making excuses for our loss but both didnt help.
also im not one for knocking referees as they are human but in all fairness that was shocking.every time i questioned a decision you wouldnt believe his answers.did he not realise there was twenty two players also frozen out on the field
Spot on assessment of game...Similar to match after on the box between spurs and pompey in that both sides really went for the 3 points..On the day, Aisling were the better side and created far more scoring chances..
Best for the view were robbie kelliher and jeffrey judge while for Aisling was ronan smalle, aiden hurley and john o dwyer...All in all - great game and a fair result
well jugde would be better than rossi, harrington is playing poor this year is grant moving to australia is a week or two maybe thats why he is not playing big game next week regional at home to pike we win that 1 and do double over pike then people might take notice of us;)
I see that boro are down to play corbally next sunday..(played each other in season opener) boro have yet to play carew or regional in the 1st round of league matches...what is going on??
thought kelliher was excellent myself.he looks to be getting back to his old self.didnt think judge did much tbh.had afew handy touches and linked well for the opening goal but was kept quite for majority of game imo. heffernan and young o brien at left full were the views best on the day alongside kelliher from where i saw it.
suppose its down to the usual messing up of fixtures up in the council leather.since corbally out of the national cups it looks like they are trying to get there league games out of the way which might be a bad thing as the last time i saw a table they had more games played than anyone.hope we dont have the same shambles as last year.
I wouldn't bet againist it again..

IMO in pike avoid defeat on sunday they are bankers to win it. Its between regional and pike now. balla the view have slim hopes of it at this stage
i wouldn't rule them out yet, long way to go but agree a win for either team would make that team favourites

how do you mean poor game oscar.did you not see the conditions
yes and they contributed to a poor game, don't take offence faces...it was hardly a classic now was it
carew are at home to fairview. fairview beat them 5-0 at home first game of the season. Won't be the same this time, carew have really turned things around and are getting some good results. This weather keeps up there'll be nothing on next weekend.
pike win they'll be favourites, regional have to win to keep the pressure on pike
"balla the view have slim hopes of it at this stage "
54-56 points usually wins the league, although boro won it a couple of years ago with 52 points I think. We've 12 games left, 36 points would bring us to 56. We'll have to go on a major winning streak, but we're out of the mjc and fai so we might aswell keep plugging away see what happens. I reckon we'll find ourselves back in contention in a couple of months
ya we won it with 52 two years ago, there was a real battle for the league that year with 2 points (i think) seperating the top 3 teams, we lost 4 games but a large amount of draws cost regional and pike the title in the end.
was a real nerve jangling run in having lost to regional at home in a midweek game we had to go to pike the following sun and went 1 down early on and somehow got back into it and a fairly poxy aido fitz goal won it for us
even then if back went to balla and won they would have been in a playoff at least
one of the most exciting finishes to the league in years
although pike werent done any favours by having to play the night before us
oh thats when you were signed with 2 clubs..if i recall you only came along towards the end to claim ur medal...balla and view are still in the race its way to soon to count any team out...balla would be my dark horses..regional to fall away after sunday
im not involved with star alan:ball:
I think that Pike will be favourites on Sunday if they play to potential should win handy.
On another note I dont understand why the 1st full round of fixtures are not finished first before embarking on the 2nd, what games have teams left to fulfill to complete round 1?
